Oh no, I wouldn't have picked up anything! Take that video to the police department and have him arrested!! The effort he put in covering his mess up took a lot longer than just picking it up.

that's hilarious but honestly, i feel kinda bad for the guy, if he would've just been covering the trash at your house then i wouldn't have but the fact that he did at his own home as well
And it would appear that Dale's behavior of throwing the cups in the first place stopped. The video said it took Mitch a couple of days to get back out there and I didn't see any fresh cups on top of or near the cardboard. I'm thinking Dale may be slightly mentally incapacitated. He may have been embarrassed and believed that he "buried" the trash, thus complying with this neighbor's request. It could have been puzzling for him to find it on his front porch so he "buried" it again. I bet it's still there unless a caretaker has been by and took care of it. It would be interesting to see if Dale continues throwing Sonic cups in his neighbor's yard.

This is a complicated exposition on Dale's psyche, particularly as it relates to the darker aspects of his views on responsibility. A sonic cup is a perfect symbol: something we all know our greater society has no real, responsible solution for. They pile up on trash heaps and waste dumps until they overfill and we find a new place for them. Dale is simply acting out this larger scale aspect of human behavior on the micro-level of an obscure area in your front yard.
Just saw this on Neighbor Wars and needed to know the end. Dale made a bigger mess instead of just cleaning up his trash smh

This is typical Colorado behavior. The climate, mountains are 5 star. I've lived all over the nation and the people are WHACK in Colorado.
What's so weird about Dale is that he looks and dresses like an outdoorsy working man, a hunter, etc... I know these kind of men, work with them daily. They and I could all make that 4 foot deer fence in 2 seconds. I bet Dale's wife could do a better. He walks on uneven terrain like it's his first time on roller skates. A tree twig really got him upset with its insistence on not getting out of his way 😑 not to mention his refusal of bending over 🙄. This guy hasn't done shit his entire life.

and he got hem self the court says 10 years jail bot i dont believe any thinkg this racist county court sayse AND he even didnt owned that property he was rent buy deal
we was living in a rv at the time and didt have the insurance.we came homeless.....
i was lucky i install camera to prof he set my property on fire other wise the county court house was hes firend and hes familys and all was trying to save hen from going to jail and they lost some of my videos at the court and on and on and...
