    It can be confusing when you're trying to listen to your body, but also trying to make sure you have a plan for the week. The good news is, it is possible to meal plan while eating intuitively. For me, it's all about giving yourself option. Having options allows you to have everything you need, but still be able to switch it up if you are craving something different. I'm also going to share with you how I plan all my all of my meals every week!

    Good tips. If it's not too much trouble, could you do some healthy cooking videos? Since it's fall now, maybe some soup recipes would be good.
