I used to have sinus and tooth pain from sinus congestion. I no longer have that pain, instead I have CONSTANT, TOTALLY ANNOYING post nasal drip. How do I control the post nasal drip? It seems like every drop of liquid I swallow turns directly into post nasal drip. Antibiotics kill off all your gut flora. Prebiotics or probiotics can help build it back up.

If you do #3 as an irrigation make sure you use boiled water or distilled water.
