- trying le sserafim's workout and diet for a week! as I do with all of my kpop food challenges, I'm eating each member's favorite foods for one day in order to try new recipes, change up my routine, etc. I always make this disclaimer, but THIS IS NOT WEIGHT LOSS FOCUSED!! I am just trying to eat intuitively and try new things. I find a lot of joy in getting inspiration from my favorite celebrities or fictional characters, so I hope you enjoy this is well!!!

I'm team pineapple pizza and mint-chocolate too! Since Feb/2023, I have been working out to my own routine inspired by K-pop, like Changbin (SKZ), Le Sserafim, and Wonho (I have been having good results. Lol recently I can do push-ups without knees). As a foodie, I approve this video! It is nice to see that I'm not alone in try to stick to healthy eating/work-out goals. Well that is/was my plan somewhat for this year too, but somehow even my body manages to be a fool and now it's hurting and am on workout - rest.
If I remember correctly, Hyewon has memorized and revealed Chaewon's and the rest of IZ*ONE's very specific boba orders in Knowing Bros
Chaewon: yogurt parfait, vanilla latte, protein bread, salad, bubble tea, hawaiian pizza, mint choc chip ice cream (Aug 1)
Eunchae: Egg bread, mango, coffee, yakisoba, grape soda (Nov 10)
Kazuha: Dried mango with greek yogurt, croissant sandwich, korean fried chicken, cucumber kimchi, workout (Aug 9)
Yunjin: Greek yogurt with fruit, overcooked fried chicken, sweet potato, seaweed (gim), soondubu (sofu tofu stew), korean soup, vegetable, seafood (Oct 8)

You're to cool and cute somehow, but lowkey I am not sure that the crossaints were what they meant soley by European bread 🤭 🤭 Albeit, I've never had the idea to make a somewhat healthy sandwhic out of a crossaint to me they almost fall more in the pastry category and usually are eaten with butter (or margarine) or soemthing sweet spread.
