A Day in the Life at the Heat Straps Shop - Captured by Otter & James

Hey everyone! Jordan and Tyler here, and we’ve got something special to share. Our friends Otter, a pro film photographer, and James, another awesome customer, came by our shop in Passaic, New Jersey to spend the day filming what really goes on behind the scenes. They offered to do this on their own because they couldn’t find much out there showing what we do day-to-day, so we thought it’d be cool to let them document it.
In this video, you’ll see how we run our small, fully in-house garment manufacturing operation. Everything from sourcing materials to designing and cutting happens right here in the shop. In an era where most companies outsource, we’re committed to keeping it all local and hands-on.
Tyler and I have been running this since 2018, and it’s been an amazing ride. We couldn’t have done it without the support of our family, especially Nicole, and of course, all of you. We’re so grateful for this journey and are excited to share this inside look with you.
