Thanks for the detailed steps!! My DIY ability is limited to putting together simple ikea furniture....but i was able to disassemble and reassemble following your video. I tested as you suggested and let it run for 10 mins but haven't done a full load yet. What could go wrong if i hadn't done it quite right?? What else can i do if the problem is not fixed?

I use a pair of pliers after removing the one screw that holds it in place.

I think you need to turn a nut at the base of it.
