Thanks for all the videos you've put out. I'm 19 and I'm slowly starting my own detailing business, thanks to your tips and all the tutorials you've put out I've learned a lot about detailing. Only slight bummer is that i can't buy a lot of the super high end products that you use, but it's okay, the stuff I currently have will do for now.
@@PanTheOrganizer Was searching for videos on how to properly detail cars and yours was the first one that popped up and I slowly practiced on my own car and on my dad's car.
Thanks for your feedback! What's your favourite video on my channel so far? You should watch a very popular one I did a about a full interior and exterior detailing of a black BMW M3 here: ua-cam.com/video/OjQavIEiWlM/v-deo.html
Most people really don’t see and understand how much work goes in to making videos, especially with very creative shots and editing. For those that want to film, you don’t have to have the most “Gucci” gear to make a good production. You just have to get extra creative with what you have until you get to the point where you can have the “Gucci” gear.
Yeah detailing videos, even the more basic ones, are super long to produce. Detailing alone is a very demanding job, but when you add filming and production on top of that, it's nuts. I don't even know how I managed to produce over 400 videos so far, in just three years, mostly alone! Heheheh. But I love making videos. And so do the boys at Staffordshire Car Care.
This is great. Just subscribed! I'm currently working on a car wash commercial for a school assignment. I wish I have seen your video before. After days brainstorming it, I'm sitting on 2.5h hours of footage for a one-minute video, LOL. Now I know exactly what to do. I might need one or two more inserts, after all. Thank you!

Absolutely. Making UA-cam videos isn't as simple as some might think. I'm by no means a film maker or professional editor, and it takes me 10 to 15 hours to produce one video, from the work, filming, editing, description, thumbnail, etc.
This is great!! As a one man show, my videos are quite simplistic but I've taken much inspiration from what I've seen on your channel. This video had lots of new things to consider!

G'day Pan, if you have not already told yourself how good you are at making detailing videos, then do it now!! If not, I will - you are great at making detailing videos. Watching the Staffordshire Car Care video on how they make their videos, in a commercial property, Mate, you are equal if not better then them. Take in account your a one man band, working out of a home garage, getting right into the subject and explaining the do's and don't s of the product and application . I don't want to watch a car being detailed, listening to music with cut in shots of their facility. They can learn a lot from you Pan. Ozz

That cameraman controls everything. How about I come up this summer and help you make a video like this. A simple one of course as it is going to take a few days with all the start, stop, start, go, cut cut. LOL
Any tips on how to look for a good mobile detailer or business in your area? I have a feeling a lot of them just half-wash cars and use generic products. Reviews on them aren’t always helpful if the customer doesn’t really know the difference either.
Step one buy an expensive video camera, step two buy a very expensive stabilizer. Step 3, make a video. Step 4, buy software to edit the video. Step 5, never use it again and put it away.

I make videos on detailing but j di find that I don't have the time to shoot a dedicated shot like starting a polisher up just for the camera. I polish a panel with the camera on and choose bits from it. It may look a lot better in their videos but holy hell that's a long time added ti a detail. I've put a like on the video anyway as you content is awesome.

The key to what they are doing is the gimbal which allows them to take motion shots with a very smooth steady motion. They would not have to start and stop, they just choose to do so to get the EXACT shot they want and MINIMIZE the amount of time the videographer is present. You could get essentially equivalent videos just silently filming a detailer while they work with maybe a little of "do that again" here and there.
