It's Cities: Skylines series, Mostly based on Kobe, Hyogo Prefecture, Japan.
Some mixed with my own thoughts and there may be some elements that are extracted from other japanese cities to be applied in this city as well.
Contents:
- Build the observation tower, hotel, opera house and park.
- Build the ferry terminal.
- Rework the expressway and elevated road ramps.
- Expand the urban area, residential, commercial and offices.

14:57 is probably the most hyper-realistic cinematic I’ve ever seen in this game, absolutely stunning

one of the best in CS, one of my favorite series in CS...
The PC is the real beast because played with that amount of assets and mods a player CAN enjoyed cities skylines.
Nice, you used the opera house of my city. The Dubai opera house. It was proposed to be located similar to your location a waterfront with different and better and bigger design but because of the 2008 financial crisis the project was moved next to the Burj Khalifa tower.

This game is like the modern version of a model train set. I had a neighbor who made his entire basement a model city and train set. Cities Skylines is the digital version of that!

You can use the people generator asset for empty looking areas.
What if you replaced the Kobe on the Kobe Tower with Maya so it is the Maya Tower? Eh it could be too hard to do but it would be a nice addition.

Lovint it as usual! One thing i noticed is that the ferry paths in Maya still have buoys lining them. Did you know you can use e.g. the HideIt mod (or other mods) to remove the buoys?
Just a question, how much main memory does your system have? 32GB?
Having that many assets in-game must be taxing.

Given that the city has developed vastly, the number of the population is still quite low. Can anybody explain why?
Hmm, in my opinion, I'd say the creator is going more for design, detailing, and aesthetic rather than an effective economy. It is superb building, but seeing as the infinite money mod is on, I don't think they care much about making income.

i think its really high time you should start doing commentary on your videos, it'll boost up ur views and subscribers
ngl I like the type of videos he has going now. for me they're super relaxing but I can definitely see where you are coming from. he might not be comfortable with speaking lots of English either, or he might just like making this style of video.
@@L33TH4XM8 well, i don't really think so english speaking should be a problem, there are so many other cs players with a broken english, take skibbith, arksaus, comrade intense for an example, and when the videos are too long it becomes hard to focus or stay along with him through the build...if he had commentary leading us through his builds i think it would had been a less struggle.

Also, the cs players with highest Subscribers, followers and Pradox recognitions, all do commentary, so if he wants to go forwards he will have to start one dAy or the other
