Hi Jamie, when I first discovered your video and instructions on how to use Flexbars to heal my tendonitis, I was both excited and blown away buy how quickly it worked, but now for some reason these same techniques that I've applied to healing tendonitis (from excessive guitar playing and weight-lifting), just doesn't seem to be working. It's creating so much pain that I've stopped doing the exercises all together. Any ideas on what I can do? Also, do you do private zoom sessions where you can see what I'm doing and if I might be doing something wrong? Thank you!
My guess is that you’ve been doing them for so long that they are now too tight and have trigger points. Once healed I suggest backing of the exercise to just once a month or week.

Exactly below bra hooks .. i try veryy hard do continue but i can't.. i started about 5 days back again but still the pain is here and it doesn't go... I'm afraid of continue.... I can't do crunches, leg raises , mountain climbers and planks... What's the reason.. please explain.. I'm afraid if my back is very weak.. it's not lower back even
I'm 75, female overweight by about 50 pounds and am unable to get on the floor..no way to get up as I have 2 not so good knees..I would appreciate something off the floor..
You can do the ab workouts from any position. Lying in bed, sitting. Just gotta find ways that make it possible for you. When I'm bored, ill be sat on the couch ill just lift my legs, it begins to burn after a while so I know its doing something.
I always enjoy it when dogs wander onto the set and join in.
