    I’m glad I took the time to watch this! I’m excited to try these recommendations. I’m a huge fan of Jamie because his videos were the best at helping me with golfers, elbow, and other nagging afflictions many years ago. He has very concise and very effective recommendations.

    Thank you so much... I've been training 35 years and with that left me tendonitis everywhere. I had a Total Shoulder replacement 4 mos ago and I'm chomping to get back to my workouts. I'm 65 and I'm very grateful to you for your wonderful information

      Rehab is going well... My garage is a Gym/Physical Therapy dept. I'm doing better with everything

    Should we take supplemental Vitamin D if we get 20-30 minutes of direct sunlight daily (I’m in Florida, btw)

    You can only absord D from the sun! Turmeric is great for tendonitis

      I'm curious to know where you read that you can only absorb it from the sun. There's tons of research on supplementation and I've done my own tests over the winter time and my numbers went through the roof with supplements.
