    If you’re vitamin D deficient, below 30 ng/mL, supplementation protocols require 50,000 IU of vitamin D3 per week for 8 weeks. A steady state level of 25(OH)D is achieved after about 90 days of supplementation.
    Once supplementation is completed, retesting is recommended at 3 months. If 25(OH)D remains below 30 ng/mL, repeating the supplementation protocol for another 8 weeks, and retesting is recommended. Once sufficiency is documented, continued supplementation as directed by the National Academy of Science should be used.

    Thank you so much... I've been training 35 years and with that left me tendonitis everywhere. I had a Total Shoulder replacement 4 mos ago and I'm chomping to get back to my workouts. I'm 65 and I'm very grateful to you for your wonderful information

      Great question. Ice will help with pain, not healing.

    You can only absord D from the sun! Turmeric is great for tendonitis

      I'm curious to know where you read that you can only absorb it from the sun. There's tons of research on supplementation and I've done my own tests over the winter time and my numbers went through the roof with supplements.
