- Read Me - The Original She's Too Tough. This track and Miss You In a Heartbeat were both bonus tracks for Adrenalize when released in Japan.
Since these were put out with the album I would say the drums sound and or were programmed more in the vein of how they sounded on the Adrenalize album, rather than on Retro Active with updated drums.

@@richard-li1ll Man what a dumb idea that was. This should have been in the spot of "Petsonal Property", as a hard rockin' track, on the album.
This would have been a better choice for the album than "Make a Love Like a Man".
"Miss You in a Heartbeat" and "She's Too Tough" were bonus tracks on the import CD edition of Adrenalize. You don't have the full version of the album if you don't have that one.
@@richard-li1ll It was an import bonus track, along with "Miss You in a Heartbeat." Joe Elliot said in an interview that record companies put out different versions in different regions to prevent people from importing/exporting an album between countries and profiteering off of the currency exchange rates.

I always liked this version much better. I noticed on Retro-Active that this track, and several other tracks that were re-recorded, Joe's vocals were just buried under the new music that was added.
That's because the great Mike Shipley is behind this version. The Leps produced the songs on Retro themselves and they are not that great of producers.
This song is like Gods of war from hysteria under the radar yet amazing!!!!!!!!

I got to see def leppard in augest 25 2018 in Columbus Ohio where the football stadium is at def leppard was awesome and loud and overwhelming for me but I had fun at the def leppard concert rock on def leppard.

This version is so much better than the terrible remix that appeared on the "Retro Active" compilation. You can hardly hear Joe's vocals in that one.

totally agree. Pretty much every song on there is way less superior to the original B-side recordings. Desert Song and Fractured Love are the only reason to really buy it. If yer a fan you already have the B-sides anyway. But....guess they were just trying something different.

This song reminds me of "The Girl Can't Help It" by Little Richard.
This sounds like it could have been on Pyromania. No idea why it wasn't included on Adrenalize. It would have made it a better record. It also doesn't belong as a final song so that Japanese versions of the record did include it but as the album closer is also hard to figure out.

I was only familiar with the version by the Canadian band Helix from 87 I believe. Both versions are solid.
