Love the content! Recently picked up a 2013 ODES would love to see some content for the older ones! Im struggling to find simple information on the clutches and tools needed. Apparently they used 2 stle clutches in my year! Keep up the great content
Yeah the clutches in the older ones are different. I did a clutch up grade on an older one with the cvtech clutch & it worked perfectly. Not to many of the older one around my area any more. Another UA-camr called 2vintage is doing a video on a older one. The rod bearings went bad on it. Not sure how detailed he is going to be with everything else.
@@limitlesspowersportsservic3394 yes love that guy he is amazing! I watched the first video..he is doing a follow up. It’s the puller tool I can’t find. ODES USA told me it’s a can am style puller but couldn’t reference a model mine has the 12mm I believe not the 14mm
I know the fuel pump has its own fuse & relay. As far as maf sensor. I'm not sure what fuse runs that. My guess would be the efi fuse are relay. Check the black 9 pin connector behind the battery box that connects the engine harness to the chassis harness
Really enjoy your videos and learning. Just wondering what the valves should be set on a 2017 bennche bighorn 850. Nothing in the book or metal plate on the machine what they should be set at.
I'm not 100% sure for the 850 but I do know the 700 & 750 are .005in intake & .005in exhaust. I believe that should be with in spec for the 850 - 1000cc machines also.
Oh I can totally agree on that but they do have a ton of other problems electrical wise. But 99% of the time I can figure it out. Biggest problem is the manufacturer support for them tech wise can be a little bit of a pain too.
I have a problem with my 2013 odes 800 dominator I change the plugs the coils it runs but don't have real doggie do you have any ideas I was thinking possibly the stater
Great video as usuals. I have same problem and flow your vide just noticed my injectors are not functioning as your. No gas coming out. It’s this means they are not working and needs to be replacing. Please advise
You can test your injectors with a 9 volt battery by making jumper wires & touching them to the terminals in the injector. You will hear a small click. If you do then they are ope ING & closing as they should. Are you sure your fuel pump it working properly & it's pushing fuel to the injectors
Hey bro, injectors are fine but just noticed no power going thru the sparks plugs cable. I removed the cable and check the coil spark wire and power is good at the wire but when plugged to he coil no power at the end of the coil. It’s that means the coil are not good and need to be replace to fire up?
Yeah it's definitely a really good possibility that you have a bad coil. Just make sure that the terminals are pushed into the connector really well sometimes they like to push back out of the connector and not make proper connection with the coil pack itself. But you can also test a coil pack itself for kilo ohms to see how many kilometers is in the coil pack and see if you get a really really high killer ohm resistance or nothing at all. That will let you know what that coil pack is bad. But it does sound like you probably have a bad coil
Well definitely check your battery for at least 12volts with key on. Then check volts while cranking it over to see howany volts it drops. It should only drop to around 1-1.5 volts. If it drops more you need to have your battery load tested at a local automotive store & make sure you have the proper cold cranking amps to turn the motor over efficiently. If all that is good, you can check your vavle clearances to make sure they are not to loose causing a high compression issue. If that checks out then you probably need to replace the starter which is a pain in the butt.
You need to get a hold of Terry at norwestsuspension.com He sells a program called hud hacker & you cam modify your fuel table. Definitely running rich. With the exhaust getting red hot, that is due to the Catalytic converter that is installed in the exhaust. A lot of guys will cut that out and put a straight pipe in place, which lets it exhaust.Run a lot cooler and also a lot of guys. Will also line the inside of the housing with a thermal acoustic heat barrier.I have a few videos on my youtube channel about that. Also, if I have helped in anyway please subscribe if you haven't already.
@@limitlesspowersportsservic3394Definitely not made by Hisun. They have their own manufacturer in China called Shandong Liangzi which is owned by the same family that owns Odes here in the USA. Not related to Hisun at all (thank God)
Great video
👍
Simple fix
Not made complicated...
Impressive ...

There is a clutch puller kit on Amazon with a ton of different sizes. amzn.to/3KAhP5L
Great idea with heat, sound mat.
Glad you like it!
Just noticed that the fuel pump and Map sensor has no power. Any idea what fuse or what to check for that

My injectors don't have that much pressure, but much less, could that be the reason why it's hard to start and that the fuel pump has weakened?
That is a very good possibility. Weak fuel pump can definitely cause that.

Also, can you tell me where can I find the transmission fluid or can you make a video on how to do it. Thanks again bro.
