you guys need to get a 4 channel scope and in cylinder pressure transducer. u could see everything without disassembly. the local guys charge as much or more than auto techs and they have not invested in these types of diag tools. they will make u better and faster.check these tools out, plenty online videos
Unrelated but I was hoping to get some advice. I have a new t boss 560. The 4x4 servo stopped working and they just replaced it. Now I can hear the servo engaging but the dash doesn’t indicate it’s in 4x4. Any suggestions
I was wanting to ask a question? I have a 2012 Bennche and the 4 wheel drive isn’t working. I can hear a solenoid clicking when I press the button on the dash but I’m unsure what to look for. Needed some help please.
@ it sounds like the actual actuator running for about 5 seconds or so then push the switch and it runs again for about 5 seconds. It doesn’t songs like nothing grinding or anything.
Well the 4x4 inside the diff is a super simple set up. I would pull the actuator off & see if the gear snapped off are that the Fork the engages the gear isn't bent are broke off.
On my HiSun it looks like i have to disassemble half the body to get to anything on the engine. Have you seen this issue? HiSun 700 with the straight bench seat.
@@calvinculpalt yeah I hate working on the ones with the bench seat is so much more work to get to the motors. And you're correct it feels like you have to take half the unit apart to be able to get to anything. But all the issues that are common on the bucket seats are the same issues that happen on the bench seat not much of a difference
@limitlesspowersportsservic3394 Ok well thank you for confirming that! I wanted to do a bunch of pm stuff like drive belt, hoses, etc and if I had to take apart half the machine might as well do it all at once. Thank you, I appreciate it.
@@calvinculpalt im glad they do things like cars now.we deal with it all the time. i feel for the diy guy, but thats why they design it that way, more time more money
You should have way more subscribers. Excellent videos.

I would double check the connection down at the 4x4 actuator. It's a possibility that what are the pins is not 100% connected inside the connector.

Arr you sure you are hearing the actuator & not just the relay? I would check for power down at the actuator plug first.

Thanks for your help. I live in north Alabama and can’t find anyone that works on them just sellers.
