OMG!!! Those Trichocereus are HUGE!!!! I didn’t even know grandis get that big. Your seedlings are extremely ADORABLE!!! I’m dying because of the cuteness!!!!
I grow echinopsis too😌I live in Japan. I've been collecting hybrids for years and have orange, yellow, pink, white blooming varieties. I cross-pollinated with my trichocereus huascha and other hybrids last year. I have the baby cacti indoors over winter and will bring them outdoors from March. I'm looking forward to see what flowers they'll have in the future😉You need an update so we can see what flowers your echinopsis had😌🙏💞
WOW! Such an absolutely BEAUTIFUL display of gorgeous Echinopsis flowers, your plants are all so beautifully potted up too :-) Thanks so much for sharing such a wonderful video :-) Sending you tons of love and Happy Growing from Ireland XXXXX
I love Echinopsis because its many good features strong fast growing and generous flowering especially Echinopsis Calochlora THANKS alot for sharing go ahead
stachelpost Thank you. With your collection I would not expect that you would be easily impressed so I take that as a big compliment.I have another batch of seedlings from a white flowering Echinopsis that are only 2 years old and one flowered this year producing a pink flower. It is only random hybridising but interesting all the same.
How long does it take for a echinobivia Hybrids Rainbow Bursts to flower. I have had mine for about 1and half years now. It's a very healthy plant in a pot.
Hey I love your garden!!! What is the type/name of cactus you have behind those smaller ones? I'm talking about that huge thick amazing looking ones? It's amazing! Would love one of those myself! Cheers :)
There's a bit of a mixture with the larger plants mainly Trichocereus crosses and Soehrensia crosses. I do have two pasacana's in the ground but only small and not in this shot.
That is a fantastic sight and your plants seem to have their own kind of internet communication systems, haha! Hey, your sprouts look great too, wow! Thanks, I've been using the wind as an excuse to not film things, oops.

There is a very good video that was recently posted by Seeds Heaven showing a very simple method for growing cactus from seed. ua-cam.com/video/xx7ET9_B1PM/v-deo.html I hope this will help.
These are magnificent. I am growing hybrid Echinopsis from seed and am trying to find some named hybrids such as Paramount Stars and Stripes, Salmon Queen etc. I have contacted many growers, e-bay sellers without any luck. Can you help me at all please? I am in Sydney and am happy to either pay or swap. Thanks! Jane
Dear Paul, My som coming from Miami brought me Echinopsis seeds. I live at the southwestern tip of Turkey, on the Mediterranean. The temp is around 38 - 42C, and humidity 60 - 70 pct. I have never grown cactus from seeds. What recommendation could you offer me also bearing in mind that we do not have those fancy soils you are used to. Hoping to hear from you at your earliest convenience. Thank you.
Echinopsis will grow in most commercial seed raising mix. Sow the seeds on the surface and keep them moist most preferably in a sealed bag. If your temperature is very high everyday I then recommend that you keep the seed indoors where it is a bit cooler. 20 to 25 degrees is ideal but a bit higher is ok.

Thanks. So interesting to see the different forms in the juvenile seedling plants. The flowers will be good to see.
So.. the seeds will produce different types of cactus...even if they come out the same seed pod? Wow!!
Your outdoor cacti garden is absolutely magnificent! *eyes popping out of my head*

Salah Albayaty You can use any plant fertiliser only at about half or less the strength of the recommended amount.
