I love what you are doing but I agree that music is very distracting especially in regards to the subject matter. It drowns out what you are saying and doesn’t lend itself to relaxation. I appreciate your work and understand the difficulty of creating videos for youtube.

You might wanna address the anger with tapping. There is a chance anger is keeping you from sleeping. With tapping emotions that have been there before might come up to the surface as they need to be seen and accepted in order to be released.
