You did great! I am on Keto day 30 (with one single cheat day mixed in) and I'm down 9 lbs. I have a lot of weight to lose- my beginning goal was 90 lbs- so it's not as though only people with a more than average amount of weight to get rid of are the ones who see the scale go down dramatically the first month. Everyone's bodies are just different.

Ketchup is not keto friendly it has sugar in it
I’m just avoiding fruit and grains and beans only eating meat and veggies and it’s easier to keep carbs low

not even eggs and cheese? you need high fat low carb low sugar. that's the whole point if keto. eggs and cheese are like a main thing.
Where can I get the keto diet plan recipes
I usually love chicken thighs. But tried to eat them the other day and they just made me feel nauseous for some reason. So weird. Maybe I like thighs better when it’s still on the chicken??

My diet plan
Meal 1 - 5 egg's (scrambled), 5 slices bacon and 1 glass of low fat milk (the bacon is high in fat so i am safe)
Meal 2 - dinner (on meat days only meat and vegetable's and on fish day's only fish and vegetable's) a tip use soy sauce to give more taste and use himalayan salt
Meal 3 - 5 egg's (scrambled), 5 slices bacon and 1 glass of low fat milk
I see many people who say they lost weight without exercising, great but there is no reason to avoid exercising, it's not only about weight loss there are many reasons, why you should exercise at least, 1 hour per week it's better than nothing you wont regret it.
How has this worked for you? Genuine question. Like what are the numbers as of this point?
@@797zero from 111 to 91-92 kgs in almost 8 months, but you gotta do some cardio too, i have used only walking so far and it does work, my weight goes up and down from 90 to 95 kgs, but i have a disease that add water weight, due to a medicine and it affects my metabolism too, and me being an Endomorph with insulin resistance, well that means that my metabolism is getting screwed.
thanks for sharing, I am on week 4 of Keto and I am like wanting to quit already ... but I lost 10 lbs so far. I need to lose a lot more, but I felt like I should've lost more this week and I haven't ... I can see the 1-month mark so keeping on

Being an asian i broke the diet a dozen times and I still want to do it cuz summer is here
does losing weight really reduce chronic bloating? A few years ago I bloated up huge seemingly overnight I've checked a million things from the doctors and there didn't seem to be any health reason for it I'm not even fat I could stand to lose 30-40 lbs. But I never thought my bloating might have something to do with carrying a few extra pounds. This whole time I've been trying to reduce the bloating because it looks and feels a lot worse than the extra bit of fat I have. Is it possible the bloating will just go away just by losing a bit more fat????

You still can’t have any sugar! Like fruits, you can keep the carbs down but still can’t have the sugar. The sugar will kick you out of ketosis, below the carb count or not

None of these diets make sense to me. I don't understand this diet. My coworker has been on this diet for 2 years and now has extremely high cholesterol. I watched him eat huge plates of nothing but meat and it just didn't seem healthy.

The "agoge diet" has poor marketing. The "agoge" UA-cam comments on all these keto videos are fake.
I started keto today and I’m literally dying cause i’m vegetarian so I can’t really eat anything 😿
You can do vegetarian Keto. Just look for it. There’s some plans, I just started one today. Mine is in Spanish if you want I can give you the link.

I’ve been on the diet for 2 weeks and I only lost 2 kg the first two days and now my weight keeps fluctuating, one day I gain, the other I lose, and I don’t know why
It's because you lost water weight in the start. It comes back
In the first week, I lost a few pounds, but during week 2, I gained weight again, but after the first 2 weeks, my weight is starting to shrink down, and I'm almost in my Week 4 journey. Don't give up!
Dont expect its works that fast haha. Just keep going, i lost more than 20 kg in 10 months (thats something around 44 lbs if im right). Before that i tried other diets for like 1 month and no result. Hold on!

Ketchup is not keto. Very high sugar and carbs
If you ask me, keto is not for most people. It's just really hard to stick with and you feel exhausted. But the Agoge diet on the other hand feels great, and it works too.
Keto is not worth it imho. It's harmful and difficult to follow. I recommend the *Agoge diet* because it's personalized and balanced and most importantly worked great for me.
Then it wasn’t FOR YOU. But don’t discourage others

How is it not worth it? Isn’t keto just essentially eliminating most carbs and sugar. Those 2 things hold no nutritional value and are the leading causes to obesity and an overall unhealthy lifestyle..not sure what U mean by not worth it
This sounds like a promotional comment for agoge diet.
Your carbs are meant to come from the veggies. Unless you are using sugar free ketchup, Mayo and other condiments you are not accurately doing keto
I used ketchup mayo still lost weight
But you probably werent keto, basically just a low carb diet
@@ajpagano7118 I used Duke’s mayo and ketchup and I am in full ketosis. I test my ketosis with strips, and the condiments in moderation will NOT take you out of ketosis. Not sure why people say stuff like this.
@@Michelle_Michelle___ using strips are actually inaccurate due to the strips only detecting excess ketones. So either you’re not reading it right or you’re getting false readings. The best way to track if you’re actually in ketosis is drawing blood.

The meat and cheese 🙁 i just can’t
My own experience suggests that the keto diet is over-hyped. A good diet is supposed to be easy to adhere to and be healthy. Agoge diet is a great option, I lost a lot of stubborn belly fat.
I tried all these diets and gave up on all except for one. Only the Agoge diet helped me get rid of that persistent belly fat.
