I did that a lot where I had Geno in the party and Mallow out, then swapped Mallow in for Thought Peak since Geno was my fastest. The swapping in this game made it so easy to do a lot of different combinations of tactics. Bowser dancing makes me think he's saying, "I'm only doing this because the rest of you are doing it!" but secretly enjoying it himself.

The way the music dies down after a party wipe Faceplant counter: 16, not counting party wipes unless they are scripted (otherwise count the total number as 36 since you get 4 faceplants per apprentice and there are 5 of them).
Never played the remake, and I have two questions: 1. How much passive experience do your on-the-bench characters gain per fight when they aren't in the active party. Is it some percentage vs the active fighters? 2. You seem to be ignoring the Toad Assists and anything else that your perpetual 100% Gauge allows. Do you plan on using this feature at any particular moment(s) in future gameplay?
1. 100%. 2. He suggested he would show off the Triple Moves but (other than the one scripted one) hasn't yet. Toad Assists mostly disappear after the Bowyer fight, but the Mario Wiki suggests they can happen when someone has been knocked out.

The "Goodie Bag" is actually a very unique item and it NETS you INFINITE Coins so I usually keep it.
