    I LOVE these steady state with no breaks type of sessions on the rebounder!! I always prefer not having any core work until the end. This was great, more like this please Michelle!!

    Definitely not a fan of no rest, and then laying down to do abs without rest was not good for me. Otherwise, I liked the workout.
