Love the show when its talking about new and interesting things like the Frostgrave minis, Under the Dice zine, and stuff like that. When it becomes "man employed by competing company tells me 40 reasons why GW is bad for 30 minutes" it just becomes really boring. You don't have to like GW, I don't have to like GW, but going on and on about them makes the show worse.
I assure you: if I weren’t working with The Army Painter (which is not a game company, therefore not really a competing company - except when it comes to paints of course) I would still have negative things to say about GW and their current business practices as it relates to games. They still make some models I like, but the list of games from them I enjoy seems to dwindle every day. Thanks for watching!
I am so glad I am not the only one! For some reason the axe grinding against GW is off putting. His critiques are completely valid, but is it really necessary to borderline rant every show? Really sucks the joy out of this and has made me hold off on becoming a patron.
I fear a games workshop derangement syndrome is taking place in the hobby. The amount of time dedicated to criticizing or answering whiney loaded questions about GW in these shows has increased dramatically. I used to enjoy these but now they are bringing me down for enjoying what I want to enjoy. Bummer. Hopefully you get back to answering hobby questions and talking about what you have been enjoying and less GW whinging. No need to worship them, just like… talk about other stuff. Life is too short for the unrelenting critiques of one manufacturer. We get it. Move on.
I for one, know I wouldnt t get into an RPG if I knew a new edition came out every 3 years.
Love this. It's the best part of Thursday night every week.
That's a hell of a time zone.

Sound is great!
Have you heard/seen/grabbed the new 'Art by Nohr' book?
I haven’t - I’ll have to look it up. Thanks for watching!
Hoping Vincey Con is a public event someday in the future
It may have to be from Vince's Virtual Basement. I still doubt I'd be invited.
Sometimes tech is just... Techy
Why go to the old world when kings of war pannithor is a thing.
