    I’m sleeping grounded and doing the big six daily. I’m 77 and have had lymphoma twice …so far have been well for 8 years. I’m looking for ways to stay healthy and active. Since starting the big 6, I am loosing inches and not really doing anything to lose weight. Thank you for all your help and information!

    I had severe nerve pain in my face and discovered a blocked lymph node behind my ear. This led me to Dr Perry and with 2 rounds of 'the big 6' I felt the node unblock. The pain was gone instantly. Also realised that other areas had been blocked and with a few more rounds I'm feeling lighter, clearer headed and have cleared the stffness in my right hip. My flexibility has also greatly improved.

    And never trampolin too long if you're out of shape. I did it a year ago when I got mine, 20 min casually rebounding before I knew anything about clearing the lymph nodes. I died of pain. I was hurting in muscles I didn't know I had. My whole back epidermis was aching so much I couldn't breath right.
    Lesson: do the 6 points, then rebound one minute. 1.
    Increase to two min with time.... and so on.
    Hope this helps someone.

    Why is it that chiropractors seem to be SO much better at taking a holistic approach to health compared to your typical western trained M.D.?

    • @charimilligan5326
      @charimilligan5326 Рік тому

      The answer, perhaps... "Who TRAINS them"???
      Medical Schools are funded by "BIG PHARMA"
      The western trained M.D. only knows a few ways to TREAT...
      drugs & surgery :(

    • @EagleArrow

      Chiropractors today are the general doctors of pre 1965.
      Our western medical took a turn to big pharma and canceled holistic medicine we practiced for centuries and learned from the Eastern nations.
      Now, we are returning to natural medicine again.

    @ mark 27:43 I caught a glimpse of mercury amalgam fillings in the good doc's molars. Used to be an ICU RN so physical assessment is ingrained in me and happens automatically when I see someone! Those fillings are a HUGE factor in body toxicity and illness, affecting all systems, especially immune, neurological, and cardiovascular. I got 13 taken out in 1994 after learning the science, and did chelation therapy.
    To this day, I still put out mercury as seen by burn patches around my eyes after doing far-infrared saunas. Lots of damaged cells throughout my body with mercury stuck in them, apparently. A car accident happened in 1995, right after taking a shot of DMPS, the chelating agent. Mercury has been shown to cause Alzheimer's and heart conduction defects. Only see an expert for his problem that is properly trained, as it can be very dangerous, even deadly, when done by the uneducated/untrained properly. I have a slight downward pull (droop) of the muscles of my right lower lip, as seen in the docs face, too.

      Bro look into zeolite, it's a very effective natural chelator made from volcanic ash. It's actually what was used around chernobyl to absorb some of the toxicity. Also activated charcoal and alpha lipoic acid (be sure to get the kind that has an r at the front "R lipoic acid") work pretty well for chelation too.

    • @user-ue2ts8dr8p
      @user-ue2ts8dr8p 4 місяці тому

      @@TheMan-mr8svI used zeolite and charcoal in the past, and they detoxed me too quickly with my genetically impaired organs of detox. Detoxing too fast and unsafely can kill, as they saw in the early days of mercury amalgam detox. Parasites that were binding mercury released it upon death of the organism, and then death of the patient resulted from the overwhelming mercury burden released from the parasite. Safer to stick with FIR saunas and frequency work. I have used supplements since 1984, and ALA is one of them that I added in more recent years. Thanks for the suggestion, though, as others may find it helpful!

      Calcium bentonite clay 1 tsp in distilled water, wait 1 hour, shake well and drink. Pulls out toxins out of the body. Make sure you take it at least 3 hours away from supplements and drink lots of water.

    Please explain what you mean with "a blocked lymph node"? Physiologically?

  • @jackiekostiw5298
    @jackiekostiw5298 Рік тому +3

    The lymph system and the blood are two different systems. The blood CAN NOT go out of .1-4 of an acidic range or you die. The lymph system doesn’t have a pump, which is why you need to move to get the lymph system going. The blood has the heart, which is the pump. All Dr’s know about the blood but not many know much of the lymphatic. Dr Robert Morse detox specialist is a wealth of knowledge on the lymphatic system. Don’t get me wrong, I think Dr Perry is awesome but I just wanted to mention that there are two systems. The sewer (lymph) and the kitchen (blood), which brings nutrients to the rest of the body. Great video though.

    • @stacywoods9368
      @stacywoods9368 11 місяців тому +6

      I followed Dr. Morse for a long time and his teachings are good and it's pretty much the same stuff Dr. P is saying . What I noticed is everyone thinks Dr.M is God and knows ALL. What I have found is the body is complex and you have to test the theories from everyone to see what works for you as an individual. Just be careful to think Dr. M is the only one who knows how the body works and what he says is the only truth. I got caught in his bubble repeating to others what he said, like a parrot ,as truth to others but we really have no idea if it's true at all unless you're in that field studying it and looking at it hands-on. Dr.M is its own bubble. If you're not a Christian, you can ignore this last part- if you are Dr.M is WAY off on biblical Christianity as he mixes it with new age crap. But that's HIS truth ( luckily I measure his truth with the actual Bible) just like his Lymph teaching is HIS truth. Dr. Perry is discussing HIS truth.
      On another note, I work in the iCUs and I see blood outside of the pH all the time. And people with kidneys removed who still have blood pressures. A lot of stuff he says makes sense but a lot doesn't make sense when you see opposite in a hospital setting.
      On top of that Dr. M is wrong about meat as I have dived into this theory for at least 3 years. Bc I listened to him, I had to get iron transfusions. I'm in a much better place. All I can say is it didn't work for me. His ways might work for others but definitely not all and Dr.M reserves the right to be wrong like everyone else. I still buy his herbs.. They are wonderful. And he's a good man.

      This is so important. Please do it. I also wanted you to be aware that grounding (aka "earthing") overnight makes a huge difference with pain. My husband is kinda of stubborn and will seldom listen to a podcast, but he did listen to Clint Ober talk about it (he also made a movie about it). He sleeps with his legs on a simple grounding device he made with a copper grounding coil with a wire plugged into a verified grounded outlet (you can buy a grounding mat, alternatively) and his chronic pain is gone. It tends to come back when he doesn't do it. Please try it. Best wishes, with love.
