I know there's some people complaining about this recipe being so simple. These are cooking tutorials people!! It may be basic for some of us but for others who don't know how to cook, this is a great way to learn. Thank you Laura and Joe for making high quality, educational videos. Some of us really do appreciate it!

I make the exact same omelette and I fill it with cheese. So good. And I usually add, and I know it might sound odd, but I add dried mint like a good pinch of it to the eggs and whisk them in. It is SO good. You have to try it, you will never go back! In Lebanon, we always do that when making omelettes. YUM

My favorite omelette is stir-fried peppers, tomatoes, onion and broccoli. The peppers and the broccoli becomes nice and soft, almost caramelized.. The tomatoes and onion gives sweetness, with some texture too.. Mmmm, and you just have to serve it with cottage cheese for that extra protein and and one half of a avocado! Delicious!
