Soft Pretzel recipe modification

- I’m still playing with the soft pretzel recipe! Today I made my same recipe with a couple of exceptions. I’ll link the original pdf below, but here is what I did today.
1. I omitted the oil and sugar.
2. I used King Arthur Sir Lancelot High Gluten flour

I do not make quick breads in the Zo. They tend to over mix, under bake, and just don’t work well.
