Soft Pretzel recipe modification

  • I’m still playing with the soft pretzel recipe! Today I made my same recipe with a couple of exceptions. I’ll link the original pdf below, but here is what I did today.
    1. I omitted the oil and sugar.
    2. I used King Arthur Sir Lancelot High Gluten flour

    Ellen, I absolutely LOVE your channel!! I just recently printed out many of your recipes. I use a Zojirushi and I’m new to bread making so I’m thankful for all your tips and tricks! The soft pretzels are next on my list to make! I would love for you to share a banana bread recipe & video!

      I do not make quick breads in the Zo. They tend to over mix, under bake, and just don’t work well.
