For the BB talking to Devil fruits itd be pretty cool if DF were like Zanpakuto and only The user of the Fruit could talk with the devil if that were the Case i doubt the devil in the Gura Gura no mi would never let Teach eat his fruit

Absolutely agree, maybe the condition for unlocking awakening is to get on good terms with the devil like Ichigo/Zangetsu and Naruto/Kurama but we could still see something similar with luffy/joyboy

I have a theory too, I think that curesd blades are acualy sword that ate devil fruits like the elephant one, but the cursed swords have much stronger fruits and possibly they have been made in diferent way than the elephant one

Great theory, I think we’ve only seen Zoan type DF’s successfully merged into objects, maybe logia and paramecia can’t be merged the same way

You think a devil fruit was tossed into a Forge while the blades were being forged that could be one way but the blade itself wouldn't be eating it more liked pressed onto the blade so the Juices run down the spine and onto the Hilt
