- This video shows Canon ink cartridge replacement. See how to replace Canon PIXMA ink cartridge Canon PIXMA TS3322 / Canon PIXMA MG2522 printers. This is not a video on the Canon ink cartridge refill. The Canon PIXMA MG2522 ink change and TS3322 ink change is easy to perform with this video guide. Whenever your black ink cartridge or color ink cartridge LED light comes on and stays on or blinks it mean it's time to replace Canon ink cartridge. Never would've thought turning the printer on would be part of the procedure. Generally you turn machines off and unplug before opening them up.

Hi Nick - I got it figured out okay. I had taken out both cartridges and placed the color one aside as I knew it was empty and was mistakenly trying to put my empty black cartridge back into the color cartridge slot. Lesson learned - the printer will not accept a black cartridge in the color cartridge slot.

Hi Nick - I have a Canon Pixma MG3222. I have successfully replaced the ink cartridges many times since purchasing it new about five years ago. It's always been a straightforward easy process... but now I cannot get the left-hand color cartridge to go all the way back into its retainer so that I can push the retainer up to hold it in place. I have tried to insert it several times without success. It's a Canon Fine 240 XL cartridge. Can you share any ideas on why this might be happening? It's mind boggling. Thanks!

Since 2013 i've been using a HP 3510 All-In-One printer...i have to buy the ink online, the brick & mortar store stopped selling the HP61 inks !!!
HP sucks! I had tons of their ink at home from the subscription that they basically force on you. They remotely froze my printer up, and emailed me saying that I couldn't use their services until I paid for another subscription (pay for another ink cartridge, basically). What a load of bull! Not only that, but the entire time I owned the darn thing, I had all sorts of problems with it. It was such a headache that I was to the point of dreading it every time I had to print something out! I will never buy a hp printer again!

hey Nick. I have changed both ink cartridges in my canon TS3522. The black ink light still on. I have run print tests and the color one works fine but the black in is not. They were both purchased together (2 pack) What am I doing wrong?
Might not be seated corrected. Might be a bad ink cart. Might be a printer issue.

That's what should happen. After installing a new ink cartridge the ink light will go out. Ink light comes on when ink cartridge is low or out of ink.
Can I use 245 with 244 or does it have to be strictly 245 w/246?
Sure you can use 244 with 245.

Correct, PG-245XL and CL-246XL are the X large ink cartridges.

I have a P10 error and both cartridge lights are blinking. When I open the door the carriage never moves from the right side. How do you get it to move?

You don't give the android app version. My phone tries to get me to download one but has a different one installed called Cannon selphy. 2.10.0 12/20/22
They both say they are compatible with my phone. Selphy seems to have more options on it like photo print, but it doesn't show up on the list until I use my Samsung print service app to open it. There is another app to open it with called Mopria print service. Is there some need for these helper apps?

I could tell me why i did the same thing but still get the code E04? This is my sixth try. The instructions didn't have much in instructions
This code E04 means that the printer does not see the ink cartridge as genuine or the ink cartridge is bad or the ink cartridge is not installed correctly: mylfp.com/error-codes/what-does-canon-printer-code-e04-mean/

I would just order both at the same time and replace as needed.
Just happen to see a great price on the black ink cartridge and bought it. Didn't need any ink at the time.
My cartridges are not sliding over so I can change then
Suggestions: 1) Confirm that the cartridges are the correct ones that fit your printer. 2) Gently try to remove and insert them again. Don't force them!

There's little trick to it. You need to press the power button about 2-3 seconds and release to power the printer on.
I don’t need to know how to replace it, that’s the easy part what is the difference of like 276c and 246cX
CL-244 is the standard (less ink) size color ink cartridge and CL-246XL is the extra large (more ink) size color ink cartridge.
