Bafana killed this poor woman, but no intentionally. It was a robbery gone wrong. Then he went on to try and create an alley by taking those pictures. When he was asked what time he got to sandton, he said around 9:30 maybe 10 and proceeded to say he had pictures of the times on his phone. The state gave him records from telkom showing him in the area (the tower acroos the street from the park) at 7:35. The footage shows thr lady entering the gate, and him entering the gate., then a last pic of him at the gate. He mentions the shadows in the 3rd pic, yes there is no shadows as the is the pic from him leaving the park. But on the other pic when he entered the gate, the pic is similar to that of the deceased. He follows her as he robs her she starts screaming. He strangles her to try stop her screaming but she continues. Thats when he strucks her with a blunt object and suddenly shes dead. He panicks and try to get rid of evidence. He so scared coz he never ment to kill her. Suddenly he is no longer interested in stealing a phones or anything. He just wants to get out and save himself.He then strips her naked. He sees a blankent at the park( probably from hobos who sleep at the park) and covers her naked body. Its a robbery gone wrong.

This crime took place in a rich neighborhood so I doubt there'd be pick pocketers in the park who'd come to steal small stuff like phones, clearly this was a murder planned out very well and the evidence is insufficient to prove that it was Bafana who did it, I think the prosecution should be investing in finding another suspect because nothing they have links Bafana to the murder.

jus came across this story everyone saying he is innocent i hope you don't have any desire to. be future judges nton nton or we will have lots of convicts walking free, how is he innocent wen he disposed evidence (which is the victims clothes🧐, wat was his motive there,after the scene he went to. the restaurant but never felt any urge to tell someone that there was a dead body 🧐, why do he not use the main gate to exit, who stumbles on a dead body n touches it 🙄, I watch lots of crime documentaries never ever in my life have I seen someone in their tight state touch the body in fact they look. for help, n lastly removing a random dead persons clothes so you not implicated to the crime hayibo we need more smart people than daft people, there's no innocence here n I. hope he rots in jail where he belongs, his attitude is sickening

It seems like the prosecutor is intentionally reading slow so that the there won't enough time to conclude with the matter. He knew he wanted to postpone the bail application then he has time to prepare himself to respond to the defense. He's so pathetic.
Where is the full cctv footage though whether he is guilty or not ? .on the cctv footage one should be able to see how she was taken by the murderer (in this case Bafana ) if he just attacked her from the back or he came out of the the bushes and strangled her ,how exact did she end up in the bushes does the cctv footage not have that coz that’s the most important part of the cctv footage how she disappeared from the walk way or the track what exactly happened there . Also even if Bafana Panicked about finger prints etc why did he have to wear the ladies T-shirt it’s still not a valid reason for him to want to cover the clothes etc .there is more to this case.

2) Fingerprint on the neck (DNA)

5) Who saw her walking as she was pregnant
6) Who last saw her alive
