Thanks for sharing. This is the first santa fe 2024 PHEV review I've seen. They took away the handle latch to climb up, remove the finger print start, UVC feature & dual tone steering wheel. Interesting. Presumably to compensate the higher cost of PHEV. Would be great to see the EV range. Only saw it has 71% battery charge. Shold tap it to see the range. Im guessing around 30 miles.
Did they remove the massage function on the driver seat and relaxation function on the front passenger sear of this phev version? I believe the button for the driver massage function is missing from what i can see in the video, but correct me if I'm wrong
awwwwww you didnt review the 3rd row. bummer. thats a huge deal with those interested in vehicles with 3rd rows is how functional they are, especially from someone who looks like a tall person.
Hi, if awailable share official tech data and if caligrafy model will be awailable in EU market. Kia got matrix led, hyunday more premium not, strange decision by models segmentation/equipment. Sad there is no anymore great diesel engine, wit 8 speed gear box, eficient, and most ecological vs hybrid and petrol engines
What is the color?
You wouldn't believe it when you look at the design of the body that the air resistance coefficient of the body is only 0.29Cd. 🤔
But this IS true.
😱
I have no problem with the back, and since I won't be seeing it while I'm driving, I'm not sure why so many seem to have a problem with it, outside of the fact that different people see things differently!
I don' t see a more cubic wheelbarrow than that santa fee😅😅😅
It’s basically a ev9,
Yeah very boxy looking, very long. Has KIA vibes all around it. Still, very luxurious, but too expensive and electric infrastructure ain’t it yet. 😅
Not really. This is a blend of Defender & the ugly back from Ford Flex. EV9 is totally different concept.

The reason why the lights are lower is to maximize space. That is why the tailgate is so high. Placing the light vertical will eat up the space Hyundai is trying to accomplish. I see Mercedes-Benz G-Wagon from the back the way the lights are positioned.
I doubt that’s the reason as modern LED lighting take little space.
@@JRCarReviews If you watch a presentation video of the new Santa Fe, you will know why they lower the taillights. To gain the most cargo space in its class! You were there, why you didn’t ask Hyundai reps about the taillights? Aren’t you a Journalist? You can’t doubt something without knowing the facts!
@@jraheemjefcoat429 I wasn’t on presentation, neither am I journalist, I do car reviews. I don’t doubt they offered that as a response. But I know cars and this could of been easily made differently without sacrificing cargo space. And even if they couldn’t I would gladly sacrifice some for better design.
@@JRCarReviews Yet, you mentioned how high the tailgate is. THAT’S WHY! To give a terrace like outdoor feeling and maximize cargo space. Go watch the reviews in Korea. They will explain the concept, just like I’m telling you now. They designed the car from the back to front during the pandemic, to give out that outdoor open feeling for adventure excursions. They expanded the hood struts where traditionally headlights will be, to achieve a wide and high tailgate. Hence why the struts are so big. That’s why the tailgate is nearly the same height as you! In my honest opinion, the back reminds me of a G-Wagon. Just imagine a big tire in the back. But then again, that wouldn’t be practical. A swing out tailgate wouldn’t be either. If Defender and G-Wagon had a baby, it will be this new Santa Fe.
I want to like it but it's so cartoonish. And the flickering LED lights in that venue are horrible
You are joking right? The LEDs don't actually flicker ...the Hz frequency of them is too much for the camera so they appear flickering on camera only not in real.
Nothing wrong with the back to me. A poor man’s Defender with reliability.
Don't think anyone poor can afford this, but yeah. I'd also choose this one before Defender if I could take one. After owning a XC40 and Tucson I love Hyundai in premium trims.
The back is very Bus looking.
these auto makers have priced themselves out of the market
Setzt endlich die verdammte Blinker in Heckscheiben Höhe 😠😠😠😠😠😠
Very ugly box....
we love this ugly one.
yep the back could have been more handsome. pretty ugly in the back at first glance. Would have to see it in person. Might be one of those things that have to grow on you. \
This one doesn't it stays ugly.
Ugly backlights
Wow! What an ugly vehicle, Hyundai really screwed up this time, no storage space under the floor, two useless rear seats. Underpowered mess. White leather, you gotta be kidding, imagine if you have kids. Be black in no time.
The majority of this car design looks awful
Oq matou o carro foi essa traseira horrenda
