The haters will hate Hyundai. But I will say this, and this is a true statement. Hyundai and Kia have forced other brands to push the envelope with features and tech. They are the 1st to pioneer luxury features that are unheard of in mainstream cars. Case in point, the Camry never had a panoramic sunroof and heated rear seats until the Koreans came out with one on the Sonata and Optima(K5). Toyota is the only one that is taking notice of the Koreans. Toyota CEO even admitted that it is hard to keep up with the Koreans in design and technology. Which is why they made the Camry look more sportier to compete with the Koreans and keep their loyal customers engaged and not look elsewhere for innovation car design. Honda just waking up from their decade of deep sleep with a lack of innovation and design.
Your statement is true, One of the few manufacturers that knows what people want, and absolutely loads their cars with features for the value with comfort and safety. Indians used to once prefer and consider Honda over Hyundai, but now that is completely gone and Hyundai has overtaken the Japanese by leaps and bounds.

Of course, this man is a baby boomer and probably fought in the Korean war himself *sarcasm*. But the truth is how Hyundai and Kia are able to have luxury features at a value price is that they are the only mainstream car company to produce their own STEEL! Their Japanese rivals have to use a 3rd party to produce steel for them. That's how Hyundai and Kia managed to keep cost down while giving the best safety and technology features to their consumers.

I feel most people are paying for the brand. lol This was the smoothest ride and best feeling ride out of all of them

The new generation 2024 Hyundai Santa Fe looks good, although it is more angular than the 2024 Land Rover, but...at least it stands out from the SUV crowd!. Land Rover is (a luxury class SUV for its price) and Hyundai Santa Fe is (a premium class SUV).

I bought a Hampton Grey Limited with the two tone grey leather and we love it. The amount of tech and luxury is amazing. Other brands can't touch the Sante Fe at the same price point. And nice video too, especially liked how the LED lights weren't flickering, kudos!

How would this compare to the Mazda CX-90? It's $38k, same as Santa Fe AWD, both similar power, but you get inline-6 with rear bias with the Mazda. Are the features similar?
I really like the intro.... And this SUV is great looking nice interior.. The only thing I don't like is the tail lights , they're too low and I hate the blinkers down in the bumper.. if they can put the tail lights higher to the body line and quit putting the blinkers down so low I think it's a winner , big time.

Maybe in design, but in terms of reliability and quality, Hyundai still has a ways to go. Call it bad luck, but Car Confections had to have their long term 2024 Santa Fe's transmission replaced 27mi into their ownership. That is unacceptable.

I am not a fan of "SUVs"; however, I credit Hyundai for this design and its little details. IMHO, a square tail to maximize space is the best way to go. Eh….I was close to buying one but besides the fact that it looks like a high tech milk truck, that back row is a real tight squeeze. More often than not you will likely have to choose between using your trunk to haul things like groceries or toting a couple extra passengers on a very short drive.
It was designed by a Asian btw. He is in the video's of Hyundai unveiling the new Santa Fe. Chung Eui-sun is President and CEO SangYup Lee is Cheif Designer Albert Biermann retired but *was* Vice President and head of vehicle testing. He is still a technical advisor for HMG.
I will expect more development from the future, next-generation Hyundai Palisade model than the current one (among other things, in terms of the quality of interior materials and the development of the four-wheel drive system (XRT off-road terrain characteristics) to the extent that it would be close to the Land Rover Defender and Range Rover models) and that the price would be the Hyundai Santa Fe AWD and Land Rover Defender models in the "middle ground". The two-part opening solution between the front seats ("storage box") is interesting and convenient!. Good job Hyundai. 👍🏼👌🏼😉
damn it looks so good. but 1 think i dont understand about Hyundai is the exhaust part. like even for Palisade they only gave 1 exhaust,in my opinion if it had 2 it would look better.
They have that “H” design everywhere on it. Which I don’t mind, but I think they should change their Emblem to that “H” design to match and IMO It looks better…. I also think this looks better than the Palisade and I’d get this over the Palisade.
That's like saying Toyota shouldn't have a 3-row Highlander when the Grand Highlander exists. These are for people who need an emergency 3-row of seats. Suitable for a family of 4 or 5. Hell, even a single person like me who likes to haul their friends on roadtrips.
It's actually still significantly smaller than a Palisade. Sat in both back to back about 30 minutes ago. Smaller families or families with younger kids. That's who it will work best for. But, omg, it is niiiiiiiiiiiiiice.

All they had to do was put vertical taillights on it and not wrap them around the rear quarter 🤦 A vertical taillight with that H pattern, like the headlight. The back looks like it was dusted off and slapped on there from the late 90s, early 2000s.

I don’t know the design is a big turn off for me. I expected nothing but great design from Hyundai, since their design element on kia is mind blowing. But this is just a shocker.
Saw this “thing” in person and found it ugly especially from the back and side. Also Car Connections bought one. Transmission needed replacement at 30 MILES, not 300, not 3000, not 30,000, 300 MILES! The Dual Clutch 8-speed has issues and has proven to be not reliable in some models. I wouldn’t touch this car if you bought it for me.

The Dual Clutch 8-speed has issues and has proven to be not reliable in some models. I wouldn’t touch this car if you bought it for me.
