Absolutely blown away by the superb intro! 😍 The video is captivating. The 2024 Samta Fe is the hot cake in the market, the amount of calls and inquiries we get everyday is out of the roof. Hyundai really pushed the creativity to limits with all those small details in design , extra storage and tech for the customers at a great price compared to competitors . Another amazing review Sam! Great job capturing every detail with such precision and style🫡
Appreciate the help 😊
lol 😂 here I’m a hater and I hate kia and He Yun Die styling. Flame suit on! 😂
Design has good presence. Hope there are no transmission recalls.
My girlfriend had a 2018 Hyundai Sonata and it literally caught on fire.
avoid them
I just got my wife the premium edition in black with the pecan interior, we couldn’t be more impressed so far!
Congratulations
The haters will hate Hyundai. But I will say this, and this is a true statement. Hyundai and Kia have forced other brands to push the envelope with features and tech. They are the 1st to pioneer luxury features that are unheard of in mainstream cars. Case in point, the Camry never had a panoramic sunroof and heated rear seats until the Koreans came out with one on the Sonata and Optima(K5). Toyota is the only one that is taking notice of the Koreans. Toyota CEO even admitted that it is hard to keep up with the Koreans in design and technology. Which is why they made the Camry look more sportier to compete with the Koreans and keep their loyal customers engaged and not look elsewhere for innovation car design. Honda just waking up from their decade of deep sleep with a lack of innovation and design.
As Long as THEY don’t GET greedy like the rest….
@@brainwashed1542All car manufacturers are greedy. Where have you been?
Your statement is true, One of the few manufacturers that knows what people want, and absolutely loads their cars with features for the value with comfort and safety. Indians used to once prefer and consider Honda over Hyundai, but now that is completely gone and Hyundai has overtaken the Japanese by leaps and bounds.
@@brainwashed1542 Have you SEEN our auto market right now? That's across the board on ALL brands.
@SanthoshKumar-ye3sh I had to shut someone down who was bashing Hyundai on UA-cam. He said Hyundai was able to cut corners to add high-tech technology in their cars. Of course, this man is a baby boomer and probably fought in the Korean war himself *sarcasm*. But the truth is how Hyundai and Kia are able to have luxury features at a value price is that they are the only mainstream car company to produce their own STEEL! Their Japanese rivals have to use a 3rd party to produce steel for them. That's how Hyundai and Kia managed to keep cost down while giving the best safety and technology features to their consumers.
We just picked up the XRT model and damn. The nicest suv for the price, loaded with everything that you need! Amazing buy
Love you Sam! I own a Genesis G70, my second Genesis. 100,000 warranty!! Traded my first with a 110,000 brakes and tires! I bought another!!
I test drove this yesterday. It’s a very well made car, punching way above its class. I’m buying one when the dealer stocks the trim I’m looking. Taking deposits.
The new generation 2024 Hyundai Santa Fe 😍 is 😎👍🏼.
The new generation 2024 Hyundai Santa Fe looks good, although it is more angular than the 2024 Land Rover, but...at least it stands out from the SUV crowd!.
Land Rover is (a luxury class SUV for its price) and Hyundai Santa Fe is (a premium class SUV).
I just got my white & black calligraphy
love it😊
Congratulations
I'm in the market to purchase cars and Ive been checking out SUV's and trucks. I saw mercedes, BMWs, audis, land rovers, and i gotta say....this care has the best interior....but less expensive. I feel most people are paying for the brand. lol This was the smoothest ride and best feeling ride out of all of them
I am a valet driver and drove this car today it is very smooth, luxurious and definitely has Land Rover vibes. If I may suggest, please remove the dirty paper floormat from the vehicle when filming interior shots. Good review. Thank!
I'm surprised that Hyundai didn't declare this has a replacement for the Santa Fe. It looks absolutely nothing like the previous generations.
Exactly, the previous were curvy and very feminine shape. This new one is just a ugly box with wheels...
@@Fortesf4This is one of those doodoo diarrhea dumdum type takes
Everything about this design is just amazing ❤ except for the taillights 😂
it is said there was no choice for widest back hatch, supported by long piston.
I love the new design. If this was available in 2021, when i bought my new car, i would have gotten this.
Great video, thank you! I enjoyed from the beginning to the end.
Congrats Sam for reaching 200K subscribers including me in that number. Also good job reviewing that nice Santa Fe. I’ll buy it in a heart beat if I can afford
I love my new 2024 Santa Fe Calligraphy. The amount of options you get for the price point is incredible.
I have a 22 Calligraphy, which I love, and am glad they kept the 2.5T and 8 speed wet DCT. I figure the more they make, the more they will understand the setup to take care of any future problems. Hopefully there won’t be a need.
Sam, Nice new addition to the growing SUV market. Perfect size for a midsized unit. I love the look and the amount of features offered! Congrats on hitting 200,000 Subs. Next stop 500K!
Thank you Chris
Don't you just love that Hyundai blue smoke?
Just got my wife the limited green wit peanut butter inside, I will say it's pretty dope , she swears it's better the my 2024 palisade calligraphy 🤣😆🤣
Honda should take notice
The Honda Pilot outsells this 8:1. 😂
@@ytsux9259 You are a liar.
Hyundai/Kia motor group outsells Honda motor group in US. Pilot sold 9684 last month in US. Santa Fe sold 9239 last month in US. Next month?
Hyundai/Kia motor group is the global no.3 manufacturer.
Honda?
Maybe in design, but in terms of reliability and quality, Hyundai still has a ways to go. Call it bad luck, but Car Confections had to have their long term 2024 Santa Fe's transmission replaced 27mi into their ownership. That is unacceptable.
@mode_seven My friend Honda Civic transmission slipped just 3 months of ownership. Is that acceptable for Honda? Like Car Carfections stated, it's an idol situation that occurred during the production of the vehicle.
@@jraheemjefcoat429 No that is not acceptable. That is why I buy Toyota/Lexus. Boring design (but getting better) but industry leading reliability.
wish there was no markup 😢 since pandemic, Hyundai dealerships here put markup price on every new vehicle
I test drove this yesterday and I loved it! The ride is so smooth. The steering amazing. I was not a fan of Hyundai but this…I’ll probably wait until the end of the year to buy one.
Omg...That intro...!! 👏 👏
Very nice job Hyundai!
Thanks for the review!
All of her is beautiful!
I love your videos
One thing we can all agree on, the Santa Fe needs at least 20% more letter "H"s in the design. 🧠
😂. I agree. Just test drove one. I counted only 67. But how dare they? We need more. 😅
Love the new design. Can’t wait to drive one.
18:49
WOW 👌
How would this compare to the Mazda CX-90? It's $38k, same as Santa Fe AWD, both similar power, but you get inline-6 with rear bias with the Mazda. Are the features similar?
(for more cargo space) How hard is it to remove the rear seats completely? (I with they sold it with that as an option..)
I really like the intro.... And this SUV is great looking nice interior.. The only thing I don't like is the tail lights , they're too low and I hate the blinkers down in the bumper.. if they can put the tail lights higher to the body line and quit putting the blinkers down so low I think it's a winner , big time.
just bought one !!!!!!!
Colleague walks in: Hey i got a new car, a small SUV
Me: Geeze bet you call your deck small too?!
Ty for the video!! 👏 Any idea when the hybrid will be avail in the US?
I believe so
does the limited version get a head up display?
The Limited trim level does come with the UV sanitation glove box. We have this exact same vehicle.
maybe in the US
I am not a fan of "SUVs"; however, I credit Hyundai for this design and its little details. IMHO, a square tail to maximize space is the best way to go. If I were to buy something from this segment, I would definitely have the Santa Fe at the top of my list.
Your reviews, bit by bit, keep improving.
I am curious how safe the rear pillars in a collision
Wow, nice!
Its gorgeous.
Beautiful
When German GMs took over hyundai and kia .. thats the german mastermind.❤. Just beautiful.
It was designed by a Asian btw. He is in the video's of Hyundai unveiling the new Santa Fe.
Chung Eui-sun is President and CEO
SangYup Lee is Cheif Designer
Albert Biermann retired but *was* Vice President and head of vehicle testing. He is still a technical advisor for HMG.
a great marketing ploy by Hyundai. they made you believe their product is german, not korean. very smart.
Wow just impressed by the looks n features,
But here i am just stuck with 2012 santafee with high maintenance😢
Nice SUV
Hey, where did you get that theme song at the beginning of the video? I'm sure I never heard it but it reminds me of the nuance of Philip Glass
It’s a paid song from a subscription
Love it - just dont uds why they cant make a more beautiful infotainment and digital cluster dashboard
Beautiful from Hyundai love all detail
I will expect more development from the future, next-generation Hyundai Palisade model than the current one (among other things, in terms of the quality of interior materials and the development of the four-wheel drive system (XRT off-road terrain characteristics) to the extent that it would be close to the Land Rover Defender and Range Rover models) and that the price would be the Hyundai Santa Fe AWD and Land Rover Defender models in the "middle ground".
The two-part opening solution between the front seats ("storage box") is interesting and convenient!. Good job Hyundai. 👍🏼👌🏼😉
Kudos to Hyundai Kia. Quality is what Toyota Honda used to be.
nice. HELLO FROM VIETNAM
I might get one.. but will remove logo and do a wrap.
Eh….I was close to buying one but besides the fact that it looks like a high tech milk truck, that back row is a real tight squeeze. More often than not you will likely have to choose between using your trunk to haul things like groceries or toting a couple extra passengers on a very short drive.
I am at 22 of 23.54 minutes. Where is the comparison? I have owned 4 new Hyundais, currently have Ioniq 6 and was hoping for some comparison.
Looks like a beautiful vehicle, and it is, but the price and interest rates will hamper sales.
damn it looks so good. but 1 think i dont understand about Hyundai is the exhaust part. like even for Palisade they only gave 1 exhaust,in my opinion if it had 2 it would look better.
Has a jumpy jerky duel clutch transmission that if you do stop and go traffic a lot, there is no doubt it will fail. Lots have
I'd of bought one except the tow capacity
It kind of looks like a car made with lego but in a good way 😊
Really missed it by not making the wheel spokes and door handles little H's Hyundai kids. Oh well, mid-cycle refresh!
How about those
low down rear lights !!
I wish they would use better tail light design cause the rest is nice
I ordered one but they said there is no spare tire, now I am confused
There is one underneath 100%
Probably the Canadians get one, but not U.S.
190 inches in length is now “small” for SUV. Damn North America car markets getting real crazy real quick.
We've just been told a 2 to 4 year waiting list for a hybrid.
Where?
They have that “H” design everywhere on it. Which I don’t mind, but I think they should change their Emblem to that “H” design to match and IMO It looks better…. I also think this looks better than the Palisade and I’d get this over the Palisade.
Great car, but the finish on the leather seats front and rear looks terrible with the creases at the top. How did they get this part so tragically wrong?
I am in love with the 2023 and really hate the look of 2024!
The 2.5t plus 8 speed dct is of questionable reliability and durability. For the record I am an owner of 2015 santa fe xl. Very happy I might add
I am aware of some problems with the transmission....do you know if the problem is solved???
A couple of cars had some issues that’s all
Аэродинамика.
Инженеры хёндэ : не, не слышали....
Good SUV, but nothing compared to the TX 550h+
Ford explorer has been best selling 3 row suv for years. Guess we'll see. Looks like a Ford flex Btw
Un dulap Ikea 👍
It's really nice....but I dont't think Hyundai should have made it a 3 row since they allready have the Palisade....
The next gen Palisade is getting larger with more powerful powertrains and higher price tag.
That's like saying Toyota shouldn't have a 3-row Highlander when the Grand Highlander exists. These are for people who need an emergency 3-row of seats. Suitable for a family of 4 or 5. Hell, even a single person like me who likes to haul their friends on roadtrips.
It's actually still significantly smaller than a Palisade. Sat in both back to back about 30 minutes ago. Smaller families or families with younger kids. That's who it will work best for. But, omg, it is niiiiiiiiiiiiiice.
@@JoshuaAmoah I mean, that should be common sense to most people. Must be a non-American viewer. Only the ones who are not American complains on how large our vehicles are.
What level is this one
Limited 2nd top
I like it but it's just a little too long for myself
Defender 90 then must have copied the Ford Flex. I also see more Flex than Defender. Flex was a bit longer in proportions but the front end is very Flex.
They could make the rear lights vertica, these horizontal looks terrible and that's the only thing I don't like about this car.
All they had to do was put vertical taillights on it and not wrap them around the rear quarter 🤦 A vertical taillight with that H pattern, like the headlight. The back looks like it was dusted off and slapped on there from the late 90s, early 2000s.
Sam you’re no BS! My G70 is tuned, ran the same numbers as one against the Audi. Yeah G70 lost. But real numbers.
Is that a Hearse or a Ford Flex😂
it’s really nice car, though- you don’t have to convince us that the third row is great for a tall guy like you😅
This new santafe looks like a very advanced version of ford flex.
I can't wait for this beast to touch the South African soil
Looks like that will attract hijackers sadly for that Santa FE
@alvinsimba734 why you think so Hyundai vehicles are not that risky unless if it is going to cross border just like other SUVs and Bunkies
ugh, the low tail lights are terrible. Looks like the melted off where they should be and slid down.
What’s so good about it
NOT A SINGLE NEGATIVE REMARK IN THIS “REVIEW(?).”
Hyundai got a bit too cute with the “H” thing. Also, the car reminds me of a cargo vehicle from the rear. I overall like their tech and usage of space, but dislike the touch-controls of the climate-control area.
Overall it seems to be a good vehicle, I only wonder about its dealer network, as I’ve heard some bad things concerning them. Anyone have experience with Hyundai when dealing with mechanical issues?
Oh……a sanitizer? Really? I’d have preferred they take the cost of that gimmick off of the price of the vehicle, or make it an option.
I don’t have anything negative to say, would you like me to lie?
range rover at the back ? 😂😂
Yea, because Hyundai is notorious for copying other brands.. I’m just waiting for the lawsuit
It's like a Mitsubishi.
Car confection reviewer brothers purchased their 2024 Santa Fe. Transmission had to be replaced at 37 miles. Buyer beware.
Beware! 👻 Every single one will have that issue! 100% of them!!!!!
Happened to them twice
Im trading my rav4 2022 hybrid xse to this
mobil naon eta mang
Не прошло и 100 лет как корейцы убрали физические кнопки быстрого доступа в авто с ручек....
Dude in the third row your knees are in your chest. How come that is spacious?
This isnt a full size SUV, it is impressive in my opinion
I don’t know the design is a big turn off for me. I expected nothing but great design from Hyundai, since their design element on kia is mind blowing. But this is just a shocker.
needs new transmission before you even get it home from the lot...
Yeah! Probably need 2 of them hahaha
Saw this “thing” in person and found it ugly especially from the back and side. Also Car Connections bought one. Transmission needed replacement at 30 MILES, not 300, not 3000, not 30,000, 300 MILES! The Dual Clutch 8-speed has issues and has proven to be not reliable in some models. I wouldn’t touch this car if you bought it for me.
His knees are up to his mouth in the 3rd row and he’s saying not bad 😂 if that was an Acura it’s too small
Being a small 3row i think it’s spacious
🤣🤣🤣
Looks like a Range Rover knockoff. Likely more reliable than a RR, but still looks like a cheaper version 🤷🏻♂️
