It's videos like this that I truly enjoy watching. I love seeing kids getting involved in the outdoors and tag a trophy such as that. Congrats is definitely in order.
Amen to that! They are the future of the outdoors, and it's our responsibility to teach them everything we can about being true stewards of the land. Not to mention it's a pretty wholesome way to grow up!
my oldest's sons first buck ever was over 200 lbs field dressed body weight and was a non typical 11 pt about 4 1/2, 5 1/2 years old and would fall into at least the 160 class range.
I started hunting young and enjoy taking my younger siblings hunting and understand that it feels almost as good to let the kids shoot the buck but damn if it wouldn’t be hard to not snatch that gun 😂
I don't know why you guys like Leopold. Good clear optics but all adjustments suck. Overpriced. I've always loved them . My last 4 you couldn't go from 3 to 9 with out a pair of channel locks. They say send them back and we will fix them. Why does quality control mean? Maybe spend $1000 on optics and it works but for the average hunter spending 250-400 $ they've sucked. Nikon is not cheap but functional. When its 10 degrees you can at least turn stuff with cold fingers
@@maninthestand3779 how do I sound dumb there was probably no work done for that deer his dad probably paid a man to let his son shoot it and then make a video about him shooting it but I might be wrong he might not have but most likely he did
@@austinthames9081 lol you must've missed the parts where they were planting food plots and he was calling it his farm oh and has trail cams out, think he's doing all that on a game farm? No
Way to go dad and son, what a memory of a lifetime!!
My first deer was 20 inches and a 3 pointer lol and still my bigest deer to date
Hunter Simmons lol no joke same
that story is like hillarious and awesome
That’s how you set the bar for the rest of your hunting life. 200” 20pt at ten I guess you got 50-60years to top that one

Amazing. I just got my first buck
excellent job!!!!!!! both the deer and the filming!!
If your disk isnt working as well as it should you should put some metal or cinderblocks so the disk blades will dig in more :)
Great suggestion! The added weight would definitely help it dig in better!
Very nice buck!
Good job bud! So awesome! And yeah I would say he accomplished getting a 5 point or better. 😂
SWEET BUCK NICE SHOT GOOD DAY IN THE WOODS.

Quit hunting , because YOU are NOW SPOILED.. You'll never shoot anything like that again.. LOL Awesome joB!
Kinda stupid just cuz he will never ever shoot or see a deer like that in his life time
Must be nice to kill a deer that size with a high fence
