Thank you for the video, Jingles- I hope everything is going well, all things considered. I just wanted to relay a very special story regarding Steven Seagal, a famous Judo practitioner named Gene LaBell. Gene LaBell is a legend in his own right- he was a successful fighter, stunt actor, and stunt coordinator, which is how he found his way onto the set of one of Seagal's films. Between takes, Seagal mentioned that he had a "special move" that made it impossible to choke him out, and then challenged LaBell to try to choke him out. After some convincing, Gene relented and put Seagal in a choke hold, at which point Seagal swung back and tried to grab Gene's junk, however while painful, it didn't deter Gene who continued to hold the choke, and Seagal refused to tap out, which caused him eventually to pass out and go limp. So, when you pass out like that your body goes limp, and your muscles relax- this sometimes includes the anal sphincter, and in this case while Steven Seagal was passed out out, he accidently shit his pants. So, moral of the story: No matter how badass you are, don't challenge the Godfather of Grappling to choke you out, and if you are go to the bathroom first.
So, considering this is a video featuring an Iowa-class, I feel the need to vent here for a second. So, the game first has the USS Iowa in it, which makes sense as it’s the lead ship in the class. Then they bring in USS Missouri, which also makes sense since, as Jingles points out, the end of WWII was signed on her deck so she’s arguably the most famous of the four sisters. Fine. Now, there are two sisters left, the New Jersey and the Wisconsin. Now, the NJ has more battle stars than ANY other ship in the USN (besides Enterprise but we’ll ignore THAT war crime for now), served just as long as any of her sisters, is actually docked in her name-sake state, and has literally entered the place of her birth so she can continue to be around to teach history to at least two more generations, and it’s the WISCONSIN that not only is the star of the next dockyards event, BUT SHE’S ALSO TIER X!? BULLSHIT! ALL THE BULLSHIT I SAY! ALL MY GIRL GETS IS AN AZUR LANE CAPTAIN AND CAMO!? BALLS NEED TO BE KICKED IN WITH GREAT PREJUDICE! Okay, I’m cool, I’m fine, I’m cool.
While I can understand some of your frustration, I grew up as a little kid visiting the USS Wisconsin in Norfolk VA and have been several times since. She left a big impression on me and holds a special place in my heart. I feel that of the 4 Iowa class ships, she's the one that gets the least recognition and attention. I've been hoping for years to have her added to the game in some form and I'm very happy she now has a place there. I definitely agree NJ should be added as more than a camo/captain, I've visited her museum as well and that was an amazing experience. But I hope you'll give old Wisky a break, she deserves at least a little bit of time in the spotlight :)
I didn’t realize until jingles mentioned the last surrender singing model that I actually walked on the deck of the Missouri. It was amazing. The kid inside was very grateful. The adult me almost couldn’t hold him back.
I still never understood why over-pens don’t cause flooding. I just put six 16inch holes in that destroyer (or 12 if you count the exit holes) at the water line and I get minimum damage.
I encourage everyone to listen to the Steven Segal episode of the Behind the Bastards podcast. It goes into great detail of just how big of a pile of excrement that man is.
The ironic thing is if you bought the kii and the kobyashimaru camo for it before the economic rework, when that rework went live, you would then have a T8 BB that makes 5% MORE credits than the OG Missouri, which got a 40% credit boost after the eco rework. The Koby kii gets 45%
Within the clothing industry you have a number of brands that have went under and been bought out by some holding company that bank on people "buying the brand" and besides quality control don't do anything new - as long as people keep buying the shirts with that brand on, they'll keep selling them. Steven Seagal is the equivalent of this as a person, as long as people think having him in a film is worth the money, they'll keep paying him and he'll keep taking the money, the only difference between him and the clothing brands is that he doesn't bother putting in any effort anymore
I do always wonder, whether WeeGee have inserted a code to ensure that known content creators are more likely to get insane dev strikes like on that Musashi. I honestly wouldn’t put it past them.
Great replay and commentary as always! Not sure if anyone noticed but there seems to be a new replay bug, Maltese’s team reached 1000 points to win but it showed the enemy team had 1000 points at the end of the battle.
I kinda feel robbed watching this... every time i do a salvo on a broadside target my shots either land everywhere except where i aim them, or i get like 2 overpens. Seeing MalteseKnight get that 5 citadel hit feels so good but so bad at the same time 😂
You didn't mention the friendly Halland, who shot down 52 enemy planes. LOL . Looks like he was being hounded the whole game. Great game. Wish I'd have gotten the Mighty Mo.
Had the chance to visit USS Missouri while on Oahu moons ago. Also saw the instrument of capitulation the very document closing WW II, to be signed not only by Japan and USA but also by representatives of all other Allies and guess who mixed up his line and signed in the wrong spot….
Jingles the spot on the Missouri where the allies accepted the Japanese surrender is on the Starboard side. It has a huge polished brass plate over it and roped off save special occasions.
Seagal running is the funniest thing you will ever see. He's even funnier than Bill Shatner running in TJ Hooker! The main difference is: I love William Shatner. He's a seriously Cool Dude! 😎
Steven Seagal went to my high school... Buena Park High school In California. He is 5 years older than me but my sister who is older and her friends say he was a loser in school not liked by most, and they called him Steven Seagull as the bird.
The Napoli confusion is small oversight :). In your defense; your advice about not spec'ing her for secondaries was relevant before the commander rework (which improves range on secondaries for cruisers even more). That kind of build, pre-"Pack-A-Punch," meant that her secondaries were just shy of her conceal by about a kilometer, making it a bit risky to get them in action unless committed to a brawl, now a fully secondary built Napoli can use them a bit more comfortably (but not by much!) Make no mistake; her secondaries have better accuracy and pen than her German CA peers (assuming they do not spec for IFHE)!
I was "lucky enough" to get the Missouri during one of the Santa crate sales. I say lucky enough because, at the time, I spent more on the game than it was worth, but it was the very last "free" ship available in the Santa crates that I did not already have.
I seem to remember abother Missouri vid where Jingles went on an half hour rant about Steven Segal. I was half expecting the same thing to happen again to be honest:)
The fact that WG thinks CV players are not smart enough to manage their consumables and fly their aircraft at the same time is right in line with that they didn't think players wouldn't notice the 25% they shaved off the credit earning of the original Missouri. Go figure. At least they are consistent.
Had Segal as my captain. I always thought it was hilarious how "checked out" he was doing the line reads. I was HIGHLY upset when he was replaced with "Captain John Doe"... really John Doe WG?!??!
Actually Jingles... 😆 Missouri has the table modelled on the STARBOARD side not the port side. And it's only visible in port, during battles there's a yellow dot where the signing happened.

I have seen this a couple of times connecting Enterprise to a war crime but can't find it online. What is referenced here?
@@Hyde_Hill the war crime in question was the scrapping of that ship
@@jones277 Yeah indeed it was. That should have been a museum ship 100%. And thanks now I get the reference. As I did think that was a damn shame.
@@willbenjamin8057 Was she the one who deleted a hill after being struck by a howitzer shell?
lets goo another video shitting on steven seagal i think this is my favorite genre of mighty jingles content
I didn’t realize until jingles mentioned the last surrender singing model that I actually walked on the deck of the Missouri. It was amazing. The kid inside was very grateful. The adult me almost couldn’t hold him back.
I love how whenever theres a Missouri episode Jingles brings up segal
man the missouri is such a gorgeous ship, few years back bought the trumpeteer 1/200 kit and built it with my dad into an RC version of it
They actually fired Steven Segal as one of the super heavy shells that citadeled the Musashi.
I know and jingles knows....we all just went to the cinemas to watch Under Siege for TWO reasons......Erika Eleniak!!!!!
Biggest guns in the movie.
Trumpwagon? Those sixteen inch guns Do Not Lie!
Unlike it's namesake
@@ursamajor7468 What has the Mo lied about?
Love that explanation of the trump wagon
The ironic thing is if you bought the kii and the kobyashimaru camo for it before the economic rework, when that rework went live, you would then have a T8 BB that makes 5% MORE credits than the OG Missouri, which got a 40% credit boost after the eco rework. The Koby kii gets 45%
Based. Would need to go to base to repair after getting Trumpwagoned
Jingles, that's rather generous of you calling Mr Seagull a "native English speaker" - he's an American to start with :P
From a Brit, thats high praise
Nice replay!
Love your history lessons about the game and the stories about WarGaming 🙂
If our dear Overlord Jingles McJingleberry Smithe the III ever is to pass on from this world his Tombstone will read "That's A Paddling"
The question is: Will they get the name on the stone wrong or not? 😇
i could never get into WoW's but i do LOVE a very good WoW's replay and this was a VERY GOOD REPLAY! i enjoyed it very much!
Great replay and commentary as always!
Not sure if anyone noticed but there seems to be a new replay bug, Maltese’s team reached 1000 points to win but it showed the enemy team had 1000 points at the end of the battle.
it's certainly a replay bug
Space Ice also hates Seagal's guts. His videos are an acquired taste but I love the way he rags on the total POS.
Good game to watch and at 13:11 let me just say OUCH! That is going to leave five 16-inch marks.
I kinda feel robbed watching this... every time i do a salvo on a broadside target my shots either land everywhere except where i aim them, or i get like 2 overpens.
Seeing MalteseKnight get that 5 citadel hit feels so good but so bad at the same time 😂
I shall submit my complaints that you didn' mention Trump enough! We need more Trump.
15 years!? I remember Steven Seagal mumbling and using the same tone and face expression in every movie 30 years ago!
Jingles the spot on the Missouri where the allies accepted the Japanese surrender is on the Starboard side. It has a huge polished brass plate over it and roped off save special occasions.
Always enjoy Jingles' commentary on the replays 😅
Seagal running is the funniest thing you will ever see. He's even funnier than Bill Shatner running in TJ Hooker!
The main difference is: I love William Shatner. He's a seriously Cool Dude!
😎
Steven Seagal went to my high school... Buena Park High school In California. He is 5 years older than me but my sister who is older and her friends say he was a loser in school not liked by most, and they called him Steven Seagull as the bird.
Damnit Jingles, I stopped playing when they put subs in, and now you're making me want to play again.
Don't be foolish its worse than you remember.
Segal is not a native English speaker though, he speaks (well, spoke) English Simplified. Now he is fluent in Mumble.
Saw that cake scene as a kid. It was. Informative.
Oh Jingles, the desk is on the starboard weatherdeck
Love me some Mighty MO replays😂 Mostly cause it means we get yet another Steven Seagal rant from Jingles
Thank you for explaining the Trumpwagon thing. It makes sense.
The Napoli confusion is small oversight :). In your defense; your advice about not spec'ing her for secondaries was relevant before the commander rework (which improves range on secondaries for cruisers even more). That kind of build, pre-"Pack-A-Punch," meant that her secondaries were just shy of her conceal by about a kilometer, making it a bit risky to get them in action unless committed to a brawl, now a fully secondary built Napoli can use them a bit more comfortably (but not by much!)
Make no mistake; her secondaries have better accuracy and pen than her German CA peers (assuming they do not spec for IFHE)!
Trumpwagon is Trumpwagon... :-) That 5 citadel hit is sus. I have the OG MO and it never hits like that! Even with aiming modules!
Coffee, cookie and jingles video! Is there a better way to start my work day? NOPE!
Jingles WoW videos are my favorite single person podcasts 👌
I was "lucky enough" to get the Missouri during one of the Santa crate sales.
I say lucky enough because, at the time, I spent more on the game than it was worth, but it was the very last "free" ship available in the Santa crates that I did not already have.
This really goes to show what influence Yuro has on this game
Thanks, your bashing of Segal is awesome. Keep doing it!
I seem to remember abother Missouri vid where Jingles went on an half hour rant about Steven Segal. I was half expecting the same thing to happen again to be honest:)
17:27 Counter is adding 6 points to red team and three to green, even though green have two of the caps.
This feels like an old vid being uploaded again.
Hey Jingles, watch Space Ice for fantastic roasts on Steven Segal and his terrible films. The guy is a gold mine.
The fact that WG thinks CV players are not smart enough to manage their consumables and fly their aircraft at the same time is right in line with that they didn't think players wouldn't notice the 25% they shaved off the credit earning of the original Missouri. Go figure. At least they are consistent.
Missouri wagon for President in '24
Had Segal as my captain. I always thought it was hilarious how "checked out" he was doing the line reads.
I was HIGHLY upset when he was replaced with "Captain John Doe"... really John Doe WG?!??!
MalteseKnight never disappoints. His base xp is more than parts of the sum of the entire enemy team ;)
Actually Jingles... 😆
Missouri has the table modelled on the STARBOARD side not the port side. And it's only visible in port, during battles there's a yellow dot where the signing happened.
First time I've seen a win for the friendly team through the enemy team reaching 1000 points
This makes me go and bring my rusty Missouri back...great match!
Musashi got turned back into natural resources..
12:20 Random Jason Brant/SBIG reference! The Jingles man-crush deepens.
Also, is this the real reason you're calling everyone Dave? HURRRRRRRRRRRRRRRH!
If you look up top, seconds after Maltese gets the final kill, the points roll over a thousand for the enemy team. If he had missed even 1 of those dd shots, they would have lost. That was crazy close!!
WOW... great match and play from Maltese Knight!
also... Wargaming should now officially swap the name of all Missouri's with the credit booster to "Trumpwagons"... It's herby declared as it's proper name! 🤣
Minor correction: the Surrender Deck on Missouri is on her starboard (not port) weatherdeck, just outside the CIC. Source: me, I've been stationed in Pearl Harbor for over 20 years and spent many a day aboard her.
There was an under siege 2 on a train stupid. And segal is a pos commie bc he moved to Russia
I also enjoy Jason Brandt's channel, should have more subs then he does lol. Great video man, wish I had picked up the Missouri in her heyday.
