      Me too struggling with legs. My legs just refused to gain mass no matter how I train them or how many times I train them in a week! Let's see if this technique works!

      @@karthikvasista9916 yes it did work. I suggest you should also focus on your calf may be on some other day of the week as this technique doesn't hit that body part. All the best👍🏼
