    Guruji aur Mukeshji ko pranam,Mera age 40years above hai,is umr mein kya testosterone level down rehta hai?aur light weight se workout karna chahiye?is bare mein Guruji ki kya rai hai?

      Weight to hamesh apni capacity k according hi lift krna cahiye bas yeh dhyan rhe ki jb aap training kar rhe ho to apki muscle and mind dono combination mein kam kre aise krne p light weight bhi heavy wala effect dega training ko feel kro .
      Or jha tak testosterone h woh 30 k baad km hone lag jata hai par achi diet and workout Kiya Jaye to use bhi control kr skte hai

    Sir in powerlifting training days suppose I have bench on Monday
    Deadlift on Tuesday
    Squats on Wednesday and repeat
    When we will train other muscles such as biceps triceps shoulders

    Guru Ji Dhawan Sir Said most Important Thing here that pl don't demoralize New comers by criticizing him. Just Like in horse Training sitting posture or fall down happens ,same way u have to boost moral of New kids by telling him what percentage he is doing with perfection & How he can Improve Further.

    uthaye sqaut nahi kar pata...main jab neeche jaataa hun apne aap feet uth jati hai...
    Aise me sqaut kyaa feet k neeche plate laga kar kar sakte hain kya...

    Sir please shoulder injury k bare me bataye.
    Mujhe 6 mhine phle gym me zyada weight uthane se pain shiru ho gya tha aur 6 mhine se abhi tak thik nhi hua. Mai gym nhi ja pa raha hu. Weight nhi utha pata aur full rotation bhi nhi ho pa raha. Please koi solution bataye sir 🙏

      Do exercise in right position correctly otherwise shoulder injury occurs and used light weights in starting

    After 3 sets of 3 reps of 90% should I go to 100% and how many sets or reps ?

      Sir, 100% itself means your are able to. Do only 1 rep.. Otherwise if your are doing 3 reps om 100% also that means that 100% is your actual 90%

      Avoid karo bhai. Body ko bimari se recover hone do otherwise exercise aur pressure dalegi recovery pe. Na bimari si thik ho ge na hi exercise se recover karoge. Agar jada dil hai to short and light workout.
