Jojo's Terraria Adventure is just a texture pack for Vanilla Terraria. You're probably thinking of the Jojo Stands mod.
If you want to rollback Tmod version id also recommend Shadows of Abbadon
classic.... best mod by far but the biggest fumble by the developers.

They are different mods, thorium feels like more vanilla focused
