I have tried chewing 80-90 times for a month. changes i noticed
1. Hair became thick
2. Less lethargy
3. Easy to wake up early
4. Easy to bend while doing hathayoga
5. Mediation became little easy
6. Digestion and excretion became smooth
7. Alertness increased
8. Body became light weight
It's very much rewarding but difficult to keep up
I don't count while chewing, I chew the food till it becomes like juice.
24 times is more practical, but thanks for sharing your experience, i tried yesterday but i keep forgetting the count :(

Yes, I've been experiencing similar benefits.. my body wakes me up at 3:30 or 4am without alarm and sometimes after only sleeping for 4.5hr.
I've been practicing this. No counting is necessary, simply until there are no chunks before swallowing. It's simple science.. •chunks• of food require more energy for digestion, and the intestines won't absorb as much.
Basically, the food should reach the stomach as if it was blended.

My wife is +ve . She’s feeling better within 10 days . Apart from medicines here’s wht we are doing :
1. Drink warm water
2. Salt water gargles
3. Takin steam 2-3 times daily
4. Swalin ( toffee kind of ) fr throat pain
5. Eating simple food
6. Avoiding oily food , rice , curd
7. Body healing guided meditation.

This man is going to save my life. I can eat a meal and 8-12 hours later will have emesis and will still be in my stomach. Even if I only eat once daily. I have only heard small bites and types of food for Ayurvedic teachings. Not to chew 24 and only take 24 bites. Thank you for being alive Sadhguru
I took 24 bites of each mouthful. When you try it you will see that is the perfect amount, and my the end there will be just enough to swallow in your mouth. 👍🏻 wonderful
So so true! I have been suffering from constipation for 15 years now and 2 weeks back I have heard this amazing tip from my brother. My digestion has changed tremendously. It is getting a lot better. If you have to put on weight you don't have to eat more, your body needs to assimilate good better and that is what chewing food exactly does. Simple yet so powerful tip! Science teacher in school in 1990's taught us you should chew food 32 times as it fools the stomach that you got a lot of food in your stomach the act of chewing a d the stomach enzymes are connected.

He is changing my food style completely. Even when my whole family is non vegetarian I choose to be vegetarian. I am taking in neem and haldi everyday. The change I am seeing in my self is just immense. My food intake has also gone down. I am going to start to do this now.

@@KrishNamaste see what I have learned is that only I can make choices for myself. I do say them but as it is said at my home everyone has the freedom to eat what they want. They don't force me non veg I don't force them to go vegetarian. They only take fish so I think that's okay. I left because I saw value. I cannot force that on others.
@@shhdya9703 true, you cannot make choices for someone else. And also, my story is the same as yours, my entire family is Non vegetarian but I am vegetarian. My family teased me and laughed at me, told me that I doing it just for attention and because it is a trend, and they also tried to change me, but...it has been 8 months so far, and I haven't eaten meat at all. 😊
People have made fun of me for eating healthy.

Sadhguru is putting his foot in every matter, he is knowing everything..i have a question, why he choose to present himself in medieval times dress code kind,why cant he live in today times way, for every thing he has a answer,he know how to hook up words from here and there and make them look like presentable to audience..
