- In this video, I am going to show you how to build simple Festool systainer storage cabinets, fast easy and cheap! This will end the stacking of containers the are difficult to access. I built this project over a year ago and they have been great. It doesn't have to be hard, I will show you how!

My area is so crowded I have to wait till the weather breaks and I can rearrange to utilize the outdoors as well. THEN I will be building these on the wall immediately! Can't wait!! This will free up so much space!
Thanks so much, they work great, It's been a few years and I am still pleased with them and functionality. They really helped getting the Systainers off the floor!
Thanks for talking about the design and not just cutting pieces of material. Great explanations like this make it easy to modify if I want to change the design for my specific situation.
Glad it was helpful!
So simple yet so great thanks for sharing I will be doing this!
Glad it can help, it still works great for me!
Excellent video, saves space, width & $. Good job
Glad it was helpful!
What a great solution for the age old question... what to do with all your sustainers. I’m in the middle of a shop reorganization. Great video
Thanks! Missed your comment on this one!
Thanks for sharing. I’m looking for an under bench systainer storage solution. You’ve given me some nice ideas. Well done 👍
Glad it was helpful!
Very nice simple solution!
Thanks, simple, functional and economical ... not overkilled
Thanks, has been about 2 years and still happy with it also
Simple and Best !... much better than all the SYS-AZ & SYS3 rails that are overpriced
Thanks a bunch for your great idea.Keep it up
Thanks I will keep them coming!
Very useful video. Glad I found it. In terms of the depth of the shelf, we could do an even 10" rather than 10 1/8", right? That final 1/8" isn't going to make a difference?
Awesome and simple, top job
Great idea!
Nice video
Cool project, was looking to make something similar.
It’s worked out great, currently planning a new version for my new van as well
This could not if come at a better time. Shop reorganization is in full swing. A great solution to answer the age old question... what to do with all the sustainers
So glad it will be able to help! Best part is I didn't knock this out and record the video instantly, I have had over a year using it and has been a great test for the design! I am still pleased with it! The pocket screw method makes it fast and plenty strong enough for it's purpose.

Beautiful, sir. 80 USD well spent.
Really like the idea, I plan to do something similar...do you mind giving some more detail on the way you mounted it to the wall? I understand you have a 4x4 mounted to studs above and below the shelves, but how did you screw the shelves to the 4x4? Pocket holes from the vertical pieces into the 4x4? I feel like the majority of the force would be on the screws into the upper 4x4, and it worries me a little...but I also think making a 3/4 plywood back for every shelving unit would also be overkill...maybe I'm overthinking this! Appreciate the help!
