The massive cloak makes it look somewhat normal, until you realize the cloak isn't all that oversized and his body is actually just massively huge in comparison to his like normal human sized head
they're actually insanely thorough for not only modelling the entire mess of godrick for example, but even mocapping the dancing lion dudes assuming actual poses and shit, when they could have just rigged the visible parts for a general effect
The amount of effort they put into those guy's animations is insane too, there's videos of the fight without the costume that show it off. It makes me wonder if they were originally intended to be more visible during the fight at some point in development, bc it's really impressive.
