Some lost media I have from the 2003 movie would be a mouse cursor, a fist icon, radioactive canister, Hulk eye file icon, avatars, Hulk screensaver from the movie and an interesting windows media player skin with the movie image if you're interested. I had the flash games that came out of the Hulk in a "Rampage" like game where he would destroy buildings but they stopped playing so I deleted them.
At 6:32. This shot appears in the Hulk comics after the release of the 2003 film. Deviantart has this shot too with Carol Danvers as Ms. Marvel. Nice reference to the 2003 Hulk film.

I actually remember playing the 2008 hasbro Hulk flash games. They were mostly just bad streets of rage clones, there was a sort of pong game where you fight Abomination by fling car parts back and forth with him, and I believe one was a jumping platform game where you try to reach the roof top for the fight scene at the end of the movie.
It makes a lot of sense that EMH was originally based on the Hulk film, because the Hulk shown in the early episodes before the team assembles is VERY similar to Edward Norton's portrayal. I highly doubt there's any remnants of the showin Agents of SMASH or whatever, but maybe.
It really annoys me that the Hulk manga is still lost. As Ive heard it the series just performed very poorly in Japan and failed to garner an audience. Regardless I'd love to read it someday. Thankfully we have gotten full translations of both the Batman and Spiderman mangas from the 60's and 70's, recently we even got a translation of the 90s X-men manga. But like the 50's Superman manga the majority of the Hulk series is still lost and untranslated.

I thought it was a weird fever dream I had of the Hulk in a live stage appearance at Universal Studios but yes as a kid I remember seeing that Universal live stage appearance of Hulk but my family were sitting so far away that as a naive kid I actually thought it was Lou Ferrigno right there on stage with Dracula, LOL!
In 1984, they were originally supposed to be a crossover between Lou Ferrigno's Hulk and Nicholas Hammond's Spider-Man as a TV movie, but they never got a chance to film it because Lou Ferrigno was at Greece, filming the Hercules movie, which led the movie to be cancelled. However, from Lou Ferrigno's response, he mentioned that he never received a call about the 1984 project of Spider-Man and Hulk crossover.
IIRC, Richard Kiel did get to play an evil hulk. There was an episode in which an old friend/associate of David found out how to mutate himself, and I'm pretty sure it was Kiel who played the second monster.

There are several possible attributes of Gamma patrol found in Avengers EMH. the Villain "The Absorbing man" and Villain Gang "The Wrecking Crew" had their origins changed, as in the comics they were originally Thor villains with powers rooted in asguardian magic, while in EMH, they all gained their abilities through exposure to Gamma radiation. Early in the show there does seem to be a very slight emphasis on hulk based characters. Doc Samson, Abomination, the Leader, The Ufoes, Zzzax, Madman & Bibeast all make either full appearances of brief cameos

It's due to a combination of his character being sidelined in Marvel films and a lack of anything else beyond his appearances in said films. He doesn't even have his own toy line anymore (Hulk merchandise is commonly branded as 'Avengers' merch). So Hulk feels like a supporting character instead of a leading hero to most. It's crazy how at one point Hulk was more popular than Spider-Man. All thanks to the TV series.

It's been released on DVD in the U.K. While it's not lost it is a bit difficult to get ahold of if you don't live overseas. However, you can digitally purchase the series on Amazon.
