Cool, "Wet Dream"... i love this album so much; i think the most underrated Floyd-Solo-Album. Together with Gilmours first solo release my favorite Floyd-Solo.

I'm with you totally love the kinks Arista years sleepwalker, low budget, state of confusion and word of mouth are all fantastic so what are your thoughts on their MCA years I like think visual bit of a grower for me however UK jive is one of my top ten favorite kinks albums of all time also dig the Robert Cray album to
Not as big of a fan of the MCA ones, although there are definitely standout tracks on them. "Lost and Found" from Think Visual and "Loony Balloon" from UK Jive are as great as anything they've ever done.

Have you heard CSN&Y 1974. I know this video isn’t about the best but I do think it is much better than 4 Way Street. I saw U2 live when they were promoting War. I know it is cool to say how good they were back then and they now suck. I saw them in 2011 on the 360 degree tour. They were so much better live in 2011 than they were in 1983.
I agree, I think CSNY 74 is better. But that first record of 4 Way Street had a huge impact on me when I was discovering those guys. I saw U2 live 3-4 times. My first show was on the Joshua Tree tour.

I got my first record about 1954. I didn't show any of those old records. This has been a thought provoking thread.
