Due To Ram Mandir The Price Of Hotels has been Increased a lot for Example - One Hotel In Ayodhya, I stayed in past, I paid only 1000rs/ night (12$) Now that Particular Hotel Price Start with 50000 rs/ night (500$)
And a hotel which is 60 km from Ayodhya where I paid 1400Rs (15$) in Past Now Today that Hotel price is 25000rs (250$)
And that hotel are not as 3star ranking.
Currently a very simple homestay are charging 1500/night.
So You can simply predict How much This Ram Mandir can contribute to Economy.
Zuzana, if you read the Valmiki Ramayana(the original scripture), the description of Lord Rama is quite human. Ofcourse he was extraordinary in warfare skills. But he was presented as an ideal man & king.
Later versions or retellings of Bhakti era Hindu devotional literature, mostly present him as an avatar of Vishnu and the very human characterization gets shadowed.
So, Sadhguru was correct cause he was referring to the original work.

The thing is Hindus are open to believe according to their capacity of understandings. That's the reason Hinduism (Sanatan, Buddhism, Jainism, Sikhism) evolved around debates.
And also likes of Lord Buddha was a human that attained Nirvana and rose above the ability of mere human understanding that's the reason people worship him and is regarded as Lord. The same goes for Ram or Krishna or Mahavira.
The thing is we or our understanding are not wrong its just that we are different.

Ram was an avatar of God but was born in Human form like others...So he didn't see himself like one nor he has super-power like God but the people surrounding him worship him because of the values he stand for and the people sees him as God not Ram himself. And whatever values/capability and disciple which he learned, he learned from his Guru from young age to adulthood & he followed that no matter what life throws at him which Sadhguru had explained. This is the reason and also there are many reason for many people to treat Ram as Divine, to inculcate that quality within himself by the foundation he laid down.

12:22 There are different schools of philosophy in Hindu worship. Some people are worshipping to be divine. their idea is they are like drop of water propelling out of the ocean and eventually will merge with the ocean. So for them, there is no difference between god and humans.
But the other school of thought that I follow is that god and humans are distinct.
The ocean and drop of water example doesn't make sense to us because a drop of water has know consciousness while we have. If you want to give an example, take the example of fishes coming from different rivers and entering the ocean( supposedly god's adobe) , so after reaching a certain point in our spirituality we can experience god or reach god.
Though our opinions are different there is no need to fight. That's the quality of Sanatana Dharma. You can live in harmony despite different opinions.

When you watch "what is yoga" - porject shivoham video he said that astang yoga is that become pashu to pashupati. Pashu means animal (including human in larger term) pashupati means divine/ shiva.
Sanatan dharm is very different from abrahamic religion.
Sadguru is right, In sanatan dharma, follower worship every thing. - For Ex. River, sun, moon, mountain, rocks, soil, cow , turtle, elephant, tiger even a soldier worship his weapon, a furniture maker worship his tool, a farmer worship his agriculture equipments, a accountant or a business man/women worship his/her pen and books of accounts during new year ( deewali/ hindu new year).
In sanatan dharm we say " you are divine" , "I am divine", "Every thing is divine".
So we are all equal. Nobody is inferior, nobody is superior. (Incuding all thing).

I can't believe how much accurate you are about India. The diversity itself within not only India but Hinduism is very hard manage but still we are connected through basic principles of situation.

Unlike other incarnations, Rama did not perform miracles, he suffered like a human, suffered 14 years in forest , separation from his near & dear ones. When even someone praised him as God, he simply brushed them aside saying he is human and a mortal and not a God. That's why he is special. That's what Sadhguru meant.

Yes i agree with you. That is the reason they can't be ruled or manipulated. That is why even after of 1000 years of destruction it still survives. If you get rid of the intellectual school of thought the normal people school of thought survives, if you get rid of that also the fish wives tales survives. You subjugated one language base the other language base survives.
That is why it is next to impossible to monopolise or subjugate or control by one body and all co exist being respectful to each other.

Sadguru himself admitted he do not read any hindu scripture & he is kind of modern guru guy.
Hinduism doesn't have any pope , prophet or anything. In sanskrit 'guru' simply means Teachers who used to teach everything from fight with weapon to medicine. Unfortunately people have started thinking them as divine which is wrong.

In the sanatan tradition there are 3 points of views which are Adi bhotik( all physical), Adi devik(deity centred) and Adhyatmik ( Spiritual based). These point of views are based on a person's experience of life and the leve of his spirituality.

Glad you got a chance to read the Ramayan. Reading Ramayan and understanding it in it's entirety is a bit difficult. Also a lot is lost in-translation when it is translated in English. I'd suggest you use help of a guide to understand the under currents of what is being said.

We all are divine difference between Incarnation of divine and normal people is that they have the knowledge from birth that they are divine. Other have to experience the divinity in them through different methods that's the concept
I know you might say why they have the Knowledge and experience of divinity from the start. Hi Zuzana, my opinion on ram and ramayana is what we call a ithihasa which means a humanly tale which has happened in past in a story format which has supernatural elements which are also reasonable sometimes. About rama he didn't do many things which his brother lakshman did not do while his divine weapons were given by vishwamitra to both brothers where they vanquished demons and his name etched on the stones for building the bridge is not in original valmiki ramayana because there were two vanar ( ape like warriors) builders who engineered the bridge, while rama was a prince and warrior having calm , thinking mind, statecraft was his thing with peak human abilities. In whole ramayana timeline many ecept few didn't think of ram as incarnation of god. Only when the son of creator in the trinity narada maharshi told to the poet and author valmiki he wrote in the ramayana epic.
For example in my part of country karnataka and also in andra pradesh a guru called raghavendra is worshipped after past 300 years after his acceptance of grave he was not even reincarnation of any god but a reincarnation of a prince and devotee of vishnu from long back in the history of humanity.
About minorities and majority
The positive discrimination has reached such a level it has been appearing in surface level as atrocity if the government acess to a good thing done by "majority" while nothing in minority is not taken from them also.
Even though ram was incarnation of vishnu but he lived a life as simple as a human being going through all troubles

Rama is considered an avatar because of his deeds. .. people worship him because of those deeds. There are many even after Rama who are considered as avatar's, its not because of some divine revelation that they are avatar's but because their deeds were worthy of them being called an avatar.
In all probability, the avatar thing and connection to the scriptures are after thoughts. In his lifetime, Sri Ram was a Yogi of highest order. Sadhguru probably was referring to that.

in Connection to Ramayana you should read 'Ram Charitra Manas' a book on Ram's life aside from the war aspect you'll get the context why he's worshipped or adored as a role model. If you consider the Lure aspect of Ramayan, 'Ram' was the incarnation of Vishnu in the form of a 'Common Man' he is one form of Vishnu which is not supposed to contain extra ordinary power. Really we should talk some day I would really like to give you a perspective on these topics you might not have seen yet...
He stood for his principles and that's why he is called Maryada Purushottam (Dignified Person). You told that you had read Ramayana. If you remember, Valmiki asked Lord Brahma for the 16 positive qualities in one human being. Lord Brahma then conveys life of Rama.

For progress we need one thing to unite us. Which is nationalism which unites us. Religion band belief systems are your personal freedom. But anyone from any background are all Indians first. Constitution before religion. Everyone is is equal before the law, irrespective of their religion, colour or Creed.
P.s. we also have a festival to break down racism due to skin colour from 1000's of year back. HOLI, everyone is doused in colour and you can't differentiate based on skin colour with anyone you are all doused in multiple colours 🤷

The deal with positive discrimination is that the host society or majority community should be the one who really is or is perceived to be the 'oppressor' or the discriminating force.In the UK they tried positive discrimination with immigrants starting in 90s where the native British society had racism and discrimination issues so to better integrate the immigrant workforce they tried positive discrimination but is now backfiring badly.But in India's case the majority community/Hindus have been the oppressed lot with atrocities committed on them ,the onus lies with the 'other' community to acknowledge wrongs that have been done and initiate reconciliation.Just plain numerical statistics do not amount to the onus shifting to numerical majority automatically.

To use the extra ordinary quality to do the greater good to greater no of people makes one a Great person (Saint) so more importance is given to character in India. One should study the Bhagvat Gita to understand Nishkam Karma.
I think the ramayana book that you might have read is mostly derived from Rama charitra manas, which was written in 1600s during islamic rule over major parts of India, it was written by the poet who wants to awake bhakti(devotion) in oppressed hindus to instill some strength in them, so the thing that he has extra ordinary qualities , godly qualities, even for Ravan, it is just the way of the poet expressed these characters that's why sadhguru said someone who has risen above the ordinary possibility, we can considered them as godly.
RAMA, KRISHNA and SHIVA are the three who had walked through the land of BHARAT , they were normal human beings, its the people way of addressing them as godly because of their KARMA on this planet which was always on the path of DHARMA .

That's why Ram and Kriahna are God, Ram and Krishna were declared Incarnation by sages only after they have risen. They had shown that they were different.

Some people (Dharma Yogi) worship Lord Rama because he was one of the incarnations of Vishnu some (Karma Yogi) worship him because he had risen above, we call him Maryada Purushottam (meaning something along the lines of an ideal man. A man as a son, husband, prince, king, etc) and some for both reasons.
And as you have read the Ramayana I am pretty sure it is a translated version of an interpretation done by a person who was or is capable of reading and understanding the original Ramayana. Example some people say that Ravana was just evil but some say that ravana was a great devotee, an excellent king for his people, an exceptional warrior and an equally exceptional scholar but his greatest flaw was his Ahankara (arrogance) steeming as the result of his above qualities.
It is just like the Upanishads are like the interpretations or extracts from The Vedas. And further more different acharyas have different interpretations of the same Upanishad.
I am an Atheist hindu but I believe rama krishna and shiva are soul and character of india. I don't want to debate on their existence but the relevance of all deity are more important in india. They are still inspiration figure in most of indian homes.

1.raam janmbhoomi (compleated)
2.gyanwaapi,kashi(varanasi)
3.krishna janmbhoomi
And 4th one is Anikt janmabhoomi.
