UPDATE 4/24/2024
After watching the disappointing headlines this morning they've confirmed that Winggard will be dropping from enemies in the Crimson Realm. Yeah they are bringing that back to Kvaris. The current 4 man difficult quest that currently drops winggard will become a Urgent Quest that 8 people can do and that will also give players a chance to get Winggard.
People are currently trying to unload their Winggard weapons in the marketplace as once more people start to get them they will lose their value 10xfold. DO NOT BUY A WINGGARD WEAPON UNLESS ITS PRICED BELOW 12MILLION MESETA and you of course can max level it and properly augment it.
Winggard now drops from limited quest Luciel exploration.

The info about the wingards dropping came from jp, I have a link to the twitter post. Unless it was altered somehow? Regarding SEGA officially recognizing it all we got was "Drop items have been added to the quest Leciel Exploration" in system information on the update post. The probably kept it vague since they updated capsules and units?
There was a line on the update page, that SOMETHING was added to Leciel drops (it wasn't specified anywhere and no one knows still what was it). So their source is that they MADE IT THE F~K UP!(C)
On the topic about the Leciel exploration drops, I can confirm they do drop from there since I got one two days ago, if need proof I can send a screenshot on discord

I'm not great with the old calculator, but is something like a fixa 5 reyaar really better than a fixa 1 wing? If you can even get a fixa 5 on an xover or reyaar in the first place lol. Still a LOT of luck there.
Correct. A fixa level 4 or 5 Rayaar or Xover with bis augments would out DPS a Winggard with a lvl 1 Fixa.
And with how the RDR(Rare Drop Rate) system is on the game you have a better chance of getting a Winggard weapon than a 10-Star with a lvl 4 or 5 Fixa on it.
Your boy Keroppi be lying and never gets his info for himself and he tries to keep everyone back and behind him.. because he would not have ran Dalion so many times for that weapon if it dropped from LC lol.
I never liked homie lmao. I remember when he told his viewer base they didn't need BIS because it for the hard core players only. Also he was one of the content creators that spent a stupid amount of Meseta for Flugal then the value of them weapons took a nose dive. I feel for them cause they spent way over 50mill meseta for a weapon that will be worthless in 2 - 3 months time.
