great test...i beeen trying to find such kind of reviews your the only 1 so far that will even dare mention a actual depth or run a good , unbias test...thx subbed and liked :)
Quick comparison check. Are there any different tones to listen out for or icon and light combination to identify the target? Penny 1:40 Ha'penny 3:05 Silver Thrupenny 4:16 Grotty Roman 5:57 Silver ring 6:49 Gold ring 7:54
Lol did notice the gold ring shows up as alu foil on the screen. Thats not so handy on a busy beach. Guess it was Minelabs plan that in order to find the good stuff, we must dig up all that crap and clean the beaches.
@noncompliance4100 gold and aluminum come in same range on even the highest priced top of the line detectors. Its just the nature of the way those 2 metals "look" to a metal detector.
Hi and thanks for the test! Wondering why it delivers a bad signal with gold ring. Shouldn't it deliver a good signal? I'm afraid I've lost some gold item so far 😮😮
I am actually surprised the comments have stayed so clean :-D Yeah would be great to see some more detectors tested like this. Great job! Hope you and your family are well and not gone completely bonkers yet. Much love
I would like to see that done with a Garrett 250 or Garrett Ace 400i that would be pretty cool , fair play to the improvisation of the depth dirt boxes 📦 what a great idea , fair play Aaron another great video my mate well done 👍
I'd like to see some American coins put through that test. Those are some pretty good depths for a lower end machine. Are english coins more conductive or is that a stellar metal detector? Pretty nice ingenuity with the test site!!!!!
Hi, Arron - is the visual display flashing what the detector thinks it is - as the gold ring it thinks is Iron - and hence why you may need ignore whats on the screen and dig it to see?
Interesting test . Have you ever tried to plug headphones in after you turn the machine on? Because if I plug headphones in to my 44 after I turn it on the volume goes to the max automatically and then locks the screen, I have to restart the machine or plug the headphones in before I turn it on. My question is does your machine also do that?
Please pleaseshow the maximum depth detection of go find 44 with big metallic things (not just with coins and small things) for example with 10*10 cm or 20*20 cm metallic plate (or with the surface of several coins). Thanks 😘
Very cool testing Arron mate i do like that test box 👍😀👌....now i thought that go-find did well there i didnt think i would go that deep 😀👍....cool upload mate keep em coming brother ...hope you and the family are keeping well 😀👌
yeah and my wife is from a country where juice box means something naughty and i was only talking about getting an fruit flavoured drink for the kids , nice video very helpful
66 and 44 are exactly the same. The only difference is that the 66 has Bluetooth capability so that it can be used with the app. My advice would be to save a few quid and go for the 44.
Please note, I just bought this gofind 44 model, I didn't even have time to test it as the pole 3 cm from the disc split during transport, the plastic structure is too thin, it is a design problem, never again this brand, 220 euros thrown.
It’s a great detector if it is.... as the target is closer than my watch, my watch is at least an extra 2-3 inches further away than the target. Remember the most sensitive part of the coil is directly below it.
Tbh this test is no good I own the go find 44 and in real ground it never would in it's life get 12inches on any coin light fluffy soil is really a air test I've also got a minelab explorer and it would at most get 13 inches on a coin 8/9 inches would be very good going for the go find

Ive got the 66 and it cant pick up a seen coin right under it and its brand new
Sir one small doubt, plz clarify.
If the underground treasure is 3 kg gold box at 3 feet depth, will this detector detects or not?
Never thought I would enjoy watching someone plunge their dirt box! Great video and setup.
Thank you for putting this test together. I have the Go Find 40 and now have a better understanding of its capabilities.
Very ingenious and clever way to do depth testing thanks for the video.

Hi m8 just looking at getting started and looking at a starter dector... would you recommend this ? Or something like the vanquish ?
Im based in kent
Finally we get to see some thrusting in Arron's dirtbox, looks good too!
Best testing of the process of a Metal Detector I seen. Thank you Sir!

Lissy Moz not gone crazy yet, more detectors coming!
South Coast Detecting South Coast Detecting Good news 👍👊🏼 God bless
Best Metal Detector review on UA-cam. Good job
Sick man really like this test would like to see you add mineralized rock into the pay dirt and see if it effects the range
What good are those flashing discrimination images for coins, jewelry etc. when on some objects they ALL flashed?
I would like to see that done with a Garrett 250 or Garrett Ace 400i that would be pretty cool , fair play to the improvisation of the depth dirt boxes 📦 what a great idea , fair play Aaron another great video my mate well done 👍
looks like he made a portable version of some other guys test box. looks like a nice upgrade. that other guy did a test with the 250.
Good job, thinking about oneday getting me lad the minelab go-find.. great demo on the depths

Just ordered the 44 from LP for the grand kids Arron 😊 I will try it first 😎 looking forward to seeing the simplex test 👍
Good night. Does it work when there is concrete on the floor ?
Good video Arron. Nice production work👍
Hi, Arron - is the visual display flashing what the detector thinks it is - as the gold ring it thinks is Iron - and hence why you may need ignore whats on the screen and dig it to see?
It's the watch
Nice video Aaron. That new vs old Simplex test will be interesting.
Hello, I have to make a choice between the 44 and 66. How deep is the range of the 66? The 44 has got 30 cm. Thank you if you could answer me:).
not too shabby!
Thank for you information, regarding metal detector.👍👍🙏🙏

Would you recommend this detector for beaches?
When I turn my 44 sensitivity to max I get too much noise cluttering. Thanks for video
What a great test. Thank you. I'm thinking of buying the 66. Cheers 👍👍
Btw, best testing rig I’ve seen so far!👍👍👍
I think you need to perform the tests without your watch to avoid signal interference. Cheers from Brasil!
Nice one Arron. It was just nice to hear some bleeps in the headphones I've got on 👍
Would the go find 22 give the same readings
Hi Arron , another good test with interesting results enjoyed it pal ATB Rob .
Please pleaseshow the maximum depth detection of go find 44 with big metallic things (not just with coins and small things) for example with 10*10 cm or 20*20 cm metallic plate (or with the surface of several coins).

I would like to see this done with a simplex using a .303 cartridge and an old military button.
how much is that mini lab detector
Any news on what the new Simplex update is focussing on?
No idea yet
Ok thanks Arran. Stay safe mate.
Hellow what do you think about quest Q 10 whit first detector ?
I’ve never used one, but I hear they are good
@@SouthCoastDetecting thanks for your reply
Very cool testing Arron mate i do like that test box 👍😀👌....now i thought that go-find did well there i didnt think i would go that deep 😀👍....cool upload mate keep em coming brother ...hope you and the family are keeping well 😀👌
Yep we are all good Derek, more detectors to come! 👍
I like the testing method. Top class. Thanks
Amazing Dirt Box Bizness Arron :D Genius bro
Looking forward to the simplex n updated version, be very interesting
Are Go Find 11 tested the same depth?
Anyone knows about the National Geographic metal detector from minelab?
Does have the same depth detection as this model?
I believe it has the same as the go-find 40
GREAT VID!
just wondering if the 44 has the same depth measurements as the 22? or do they vary in different sensors?
Coil is 10" on 44 and 66, 8" on 22 so likely less depth.
@@Bootyhunter1971 cheers for that, never knew the 22 was smaller!
yeah and my wife is from a country where juice box means something naughty and i was only talking about getting an fruit flavoured drink for the kids , nice video very helpful
Impressive for such a cheap machine
Excellent video
How much? Tanks...
من فضلك تمن. هدا الجهاز Go find 40
Good Explanation
Very helpful
great video!!!!!!
It goes rly deep, I'm surprised
Is there a huge difference between the 44 and 66?
To my Knowledge it’s the size of the coil that’s different, 66 is bigger
@@SouthCoastDetecting Thanks, Im pondering on the 44 or 66 as soon as our lockdown ends.
