Today's generation is talentless, dump the gas and just hold the steering wheel, this is why I love my 6 speed manual CT5 V Blackwing, it might not be as fast as these two, but it's more engaging and not just being a passenger and letting the car race for you.

Hellcat redeye is a 797 horsepower a gt500 is 760 the hellcat is 300lbs heavier. The hellcat is also designed for a drag race from 0, while a mustang is sportier for the higher speed corners. The redeye would do much better on the line, but from a rolling it has no chance.
