Wow, the gilding wax really elevated your card!
I've always been a fan of Kraft cardstock - I love to stamp images on it then emboss with white EP and colour with my chalk pencils. You get a similar 'vintage' effect to your use of distress oxide inks.💜💕💙
Oh yes! i totally forgot to mention that. I wanted to say you could always outline stamp and colour it in with coloured pencils. That is another favourite that i always forget for Kraft card! Such a stunning look
Awesome technique, Sasha! I love the colors you chose & you're right - the kraft just seems made for the Oxide inks. I'm not sure if you're aware, but Hero Arts makes gilding wax now. It's actually been out for several months at least. I think it's called Hero Wax, but it's basically the same concept as what you used. Anyway, just thought I'd share that, in case anyone is interested. Thank you for your quick video & sharing this technique. Take care, & have a wonderful day! :)

I think it would look stunning to do exactly what you did with the die cut but instead of adding it to white or kraft, use a black card base. So a kraft die cut on a black base 😊
Sasha, I love that you're starting this quick card technique series. My attention span gets shorter all the time! Gorgeous cards, I'll have to break out my Kraft cardstock and try this.

Wow that gilding wax really puts the icing on the cake, so to speak. It brings out all the embossing so well. I love craft card stock. Would love to see more using it.
