I bought my 11 pro max from BM also only in fair condition and it came absolutely pristine, you wouldn't be able to tell it isn't brand new. No point overpaying for higher grades

@@Isthatalliyah oh yeah basically all backmarket is it’s a platform for sellers to sell their refurb tech on but yeah it is legit. Before buying anything however I would check who the actual seller is and their reviews if those are good then no need to overpay on pristine condition etc

always check the speakers and the mics as well when looking things over and check both cameras to and get a camera stand as well would help alot other wise good video i noticed you had a stand but use it all the time makes things work better

I just bought an iPhone 14 Pro in fair condition and honestly, I had already seen 2 “good” condition iPhone SEs on back market and they looked brand new, so I figured buying a phone that might not even be a year old gives me a pretty good shot at getting a phone that literally looks brand new for a really good price.

Bought an iPad in GOOD condition, it arrived, looked absolutely perfect. Felt something on the left, it was the top lifting which means a swollen battery. When you turned it in, it shut down and restarted every 2 minutes until it looked like it turned off completely except for weird flashing . I had it for 1 hours before I removed it and sent it back. Refund requested, never back market again

Seems like they’re all pretty decent what is it that makes a phone “fair condition “ if it’s barely noticeable? Is it just because it’s not flawless?
No problem! Based on what Back Market says, fair condition is supposed to have some noticeable scuffs and some scratches. It really depends on the vendor and how they determine what’s fair condition though. I may have gotten lucky!

Bought an iphone 14 plus off Backmarket in good condition and it’s beautiful. Everything is perfect literally. It is a replaced screen so i don’t have true tone but, I’m content with that. It isn’t as bright as the original screen but its OLED screen really helps you see it clear as day during any time of day. Tested everything else out and in my opinion, $500 is not bad for a (2022??) phone. Other than that I’ve had 3 other great experiences off of backmarket. My airpod pro 2’s, 2 macbook pros, and my iphone 14 plus. All in amazing condition with literally NO scratches. Good condition on all.

I bought an iPhone 12 pro max in good condition there was a chip in the back camera and a chip on the front of the screen. Take your risk/luck on the condition of the phone. Reading the reviews I assumed it was gonna be in amazing condition and sadly it wasn’t the case. I was so excited I’m going to return it because of the camera. It was also at 88% battery life which isn’t the worst.
Oh and I spent almost $568? And the excellent condition was $150 more. I thought I was gonna save some money.
Dang that’s not good!! Ya sometimes it doesn’t come in the condition they said it would, returning it and getting a refund or asking for a replacement is a good idea 👍🏿

none of the phones are below 80% however i think the excellent condition is at 100%, i bought a fair 8 plus years ago i remember it being at 94% and its still surviving today.

@@_danila5185 went good. I got the 12 mini from back market 3 days ago and I’m enjoying it. The batter capacity was at 86% and that’s the only thing I’m a little disappointed in. Overall though it is good

Sadly not always like this. I am on my 2nd phone from BM. My last one was supposed to be good, but had scratches on all corners and around the camera area. Plus scratch on the screen. Returning it so we will see what happens. They ask customers to supply a series of 7 photos on return, but they do not supply the same for the customer to compare. They can easily say I damaged to phone to get out of their 12 month warranty.

eBay refurbished, and Amazon Renewed are the ones I trust. Would be interested to see what Backmarket offers. Liking eBay at the moment because they come with a one year warranty.
I got a note 9 from back market. It has 12 month warranty, the condition is good, no damage. It does feel it was put to get her a bit sloppy with something slightly moving inside but for 180€ I am happy

Most of the iPhones have a battery life between 82-95 percent on back market. As long as it’s above 80% you should be fine

Has anyone reviewed a fair macbook of the sight, the fair condition only costs £500 and excellent goes for £1299 and if there are very little differences I would wanna buy I’m j scared of it being hella beat up
I bought one in good condition for an amazing price, turned out the battery life sucked though and had to be plugged in the whole time. I had it for like 2 months and sent it back, they still gave me a full refund. It’s up to you but just make sure you do some research first

Did you pay for an additional warranty? Cause the free warranty that it comes with only covers stuff like software issues, or any hardware that stops working. They won’t cover drops and spills unless you paid additional warranty

I've bought an excellent condition renewed iphoneX off Amazon. The phone initially looked great. No scratches or cracks and the phone itself looked brand new. However, I went to check out everything and found that the battery was only 80%. But it gets worse, I noticed some glue sticking out from the camera lens, and found that a cheap lens had been glued on there and small air bubbles got trapped inside which created a bad camera quality for me. Then, i noticed that my audio didn't work nearly as it was supposed to. I returned it and got my money back though, and I'm sure others have had better luck than I did with Amazon.
