Stocktake after 38 days of racing

🔝 This morning, offshore of Salvador de Bahia, one month on from her passage down the Atlantic, the Maxi Edmond de Rothschild crossed her own wake on the way back up! Charles Caudrelier is making the most of the lovely sailing conditions to do a stocktake aboard the five-arrow giant. We get the low-down on the remaining food on day 38 at sea and the washing of warm clothes for the end of the course. He also reviews an incident that happened yesterday when his forearm got caught around one of the wind generator’s propellers. More frightened than hurt 👌

Salut Charles c'est quand même incroyable à la vitesse où vous changez tous radicalement de température et climat. Le record de François ne sera pas battu mais c'est pas le but premier. Tout aussi incroyable la gestion de ton trimaran qui pour l'instant file à vive allure. Bientôt le pot au noir qui marquera ton retour dans l'Atlantique nord et la dernière ligne droite pour la maison
Est ce que lorsqu'ils ont fait une escale les 4 pour suivants ont ils le droit de charger de la nourriture ????
