There are still a lot of groups playing Armada. If you give it another month, you'll see prices on the second-hand market go down. A bunch of expansions and core sets are still available via Retail.
My local Kentucky group is about to embark on a clone wars RITR campaign with some exciting new rules and map modifications. The Channel is the 13th fleet.
I think the older players are buying starter sets for some of the tools, a damage deck, or such. Wish there were whole cards set like this. Been looking for a damage deck for my stuff since I share ships with a buddy.
I’ve wanted to play TI4 for years, but the time commitment was always a deterrent. A guy on my deployment brought it with him. I’ve gotten a few games in so far. 6 player game takes a whole billiard table. Crazy.
The real money model is the Venator , people are asking insane prices. I do suggest gamers guild AZ for the new items though. They’ve always done me right.
Yeah people are out of their minds. I expect some glow up for prices , I think it makes sense , but so much ? No way. I talked to one seller who admitted it was insane but people be trying to get theirs. At least he was honest that he was trying to juice the market.
Last thing. I ordered some MCP stuff and paint on gamers guild last week. Took a week for my order to process and ship. I was surprised. They must be really behind
I got an SSD on the morning of the announcement (as birthday gift from my wife) in the afternoon, they announced news.
So your birthday was the best of times and the worst of times?
@@IONRadio The morning was great, the afternoon, not so much.
Well, what a time to decide to get back into the game.

Armada really only needed a few more waves to truly be complete. For the 4 primary factions at least.
1 or 2 waves should do the Clone Wars factions justice. It will be interesting to see how things start to form up over the next 2 years...
I will do my part this fall after my deployment. I’ll get those legion guys to play… even if they have to borrow my stuff.
I'll try to attend next Adepticon. If I do I'll make sure to say hi!
Please do! We do not expect everyone to go to AdeptiCon, but if you make it say hi.
You guys should do videos covering the Corellian Conflict

We are currently talking about something akin to CC (although an ION Radio creation) for Q1 2025. Stay tuned.

Is your buddy a “new player needing a damage deck?”
I’d love to go to Adepticon and play but I can’t afford to. I think it would be a great idea for me and my son.
Totally understandable. Although if you do make it, AdeptiCon is one of the best and most affordable cons you can go to.
Han Solo is a pirate. 7:03
I seriously thought about saying that at the time. Thank you @TheThoughtDonor for bringing it up!

That about sums it up space wise. The game tends to really sprawl out. The funny thing is how the universe fits in that 3x3 area.
I just wanted 4 more ships for my collection and its all sold out in my cities 15 game stores. SAD
Also no development shouldn’t mean no reprints
Totally agree, completely baffling.

Pretty disgusting to see people bidding on a 45$ model upwards of 450$.

We've seen some photos from Gamer's Guild Arizona showing large numbers of Armada stock in their warehouse. Keep your eyes open for deals!
