In Medieval Dynasty, you take on the role of a young man who has fled from war and wants to take his fate into his own hands. Medieval Dynasty is a unique combination of multiple successful genres:
Survival: The need to survive, feed and ensure survival through hunting, farming and cultivation of the land.
Simulation: Create tools and weapons, construct and extend houses, stables and all manner of buildings as you grow an empire.
Role playing: Develop your own character, interact with NPCs, take care of your family and form community alliances by helping others and trading freely.
Strategy: While pioneering in the Middle Ages you will found and expand a village, manage the inhabitants, collect resources and produce all the goods you need and use or capitalise by trading them.

@@Fiyazai No joke. I did QA for a summer at Take2 testing every concievable way possible to break Civilization 5. It's made even worse when you are playing alpha builds that are already buggy as hell. What Josh is doing is pushing limits which can be fun at times but they rarely waste many QA resources on that fun stuff. Usually it's "go through hundreds of pages of in-game encyclopedia to make sure all the links go to the right places and that there aren't any typos" or "go through the settings menu and change all the settings a 1000 times in different orders to see if any settings corrupt". ....thrilling.

I love the idea of just some dude coming into your village in nothing but his undergarments, drowning your young, and then telling the man in charge he’s from the south and his uncle is dead so he wants build a settlement. He then leaves, and you never see him again.

In context of turning friendly villages into cesspool, icons near some of them (Denica and Borowo at 6:15 for example) look like WC signs as well.
Suddenly a lot of the fixes in the current version of the game make so much more sense!
