To do the rebuild, well this was my first time ever rebuilding an engine, lots of research, took absolutely everything out until it was a bare block, labelled all the bolts up in seperate envelopes, cleaned absolutely everything all the parts until they were spotless.
just left it over winter so a good 6 months, making sure everything was perfect. working well as you can see in the latest video.
