The team while being excited at first becomes less and less motivated AND they have trouble estimating work which makes it even more difficult to plan Sprints.

In this episode, I'm talking with Diva, a Scrum Master from Mozambique living in Malaysia.
She's currently working as a scrum master for a fintech startup.
📌 Today we discuss how to create a healthy relationship with your Product Owner and your team to support their growth without driving them to burnout.
Diva also teaches me her secret technique that helps her create rapport with her teammates in 4 easy steps and shares a funny story about how it helped her create an awesome work environment.

Hi Dahlia, I was curious like what kind of problems team can discuss in with the scrum master. like are they only the impediments that they face while working or some other impediments also time managemnet etc
There are many with which a Scrum Master could help. I often would work with the developers on resolving conflicts, sometimes planning learning, new practices and tools that can make their work for productive. Sometimes it's just simple moral support :)
