The packaging doesnt protect the thumbsticks at all and most controllers ive bought have had stick drift from the beginning because of that. You can literally push n click the thumbsticks trough the top of the package.
Drift isn't caused by bad packaging. The sensors used are just known to develop drift after a while. Sony uses the same exact sensors and has the same exact issue

The sticks are WAY more accurate on PS4 dualshock controller. On xbox controller you push stick slightly it will count as a full quick movement, on PS4 controller your movement will only count as full quick movement if you push the stick fully. On PS4 the sticks are SO accurate and has zero physical deadzone, you wanna move a little? Slighly push the stick you wanna move half go half with stick, you wanna move full go full push on stick. Specially on racing games you can make corner as u like, you can smoothly go around slight turn and u can smoothly go around semi tight turn or fully tight turn so naturally cuz the stick is so accurate and utilizes its full physical movement as the steering movement on game and on shooting games you can do micro adjustments and what not. But on Xbox controller on racing games you slightly press the stick and your're just steering at max its super hard and not natural to do precise steering and same with shooting games you can't make micro adjustments and be precise with your aim at all. I feel bad for folks playing shooting games on xbox having bad aim soley cuz of the controller and its stick inaccuracy. Horrible HORRIBLE manufacturing! They're not the same the controller it is a lot smaller compared to the xbox one controller. triggers and bumpers don't feel so cheap anymore. Textured grip on the handles. Share button. Usb-c. D pad feels amazing and the rumble technology feels improved
I got the sock blue controller for my PC and the Bluetooth disconnect and reconnect about every 45 minutes. It’s usually not too big of a deal but it’s a game breaker and it happens in the wrong moment
I'm actually hearing very mixed reviews about this controller. Since it hasn't been play tested for over 6 months yet and there are minor differences between the xbox one and series x controller I think I'll purchase an xbox one controller because it's very reliable. I only got stick drift after 3 years of use on on my controllers.
They don't feel identical the series x controller is actually somewhat smaller because xbox says they want to "appeal" to people with smaller hands and apperently that means if you shrink a controller people with big hands don't mind they even said they use an 8 year Olds hands for comparison which is absolutely ridiculous I'm extremely disappointed in the new controller and it wouldn't be so bad if they hadn't shrunken the triggers so much it feels like your fingers have to be touching the bumpers to actually even be able to press them
Bruh today I went to game asked for an Xbox one controller and got sold a black new £55 Xbox series x controller So now I’m using that and it’s so much better
My battery packs, similar to his but different brand, fits just fine in my Xbox One S controller and in my brand new Xbox series X controller. The brand I use is called Smatree. It came with 2 battery packs and a charger. I've had it for a couple years now and it still works perfectly.
Triggers are smaller, very smooth and silent and of course responsive. Right trigger is fine. Maybe return it to Microsoft. Triggers are smaller so maybe it might be difficult to break them. I haven't opened it but i hope the triggers are built better. Good thing is that it has 1 year warranty. I thought it was 3months 🤔 I have zero drift but it's a new controller. I'll see how it goes. I played Apex Legends and it's great i got many kills. Battery cover is easy to replace batteries, you just push it down a little and it opens. I really like the smaller triggers (maybe i'm faster or not 😅 ) and the texture is a good addition. Capture button is nice so i can record last 45 seconds. Very good controller! The only negative is the clickier d-pad but i play with headphones.
Batteries for controllers are nice if you didnt have to constatly throw away deadly batteries into the waste, and if they were ALL rechargeable, bless playstation for doing it right

Hi thanks for the video I just had a question I finally got my Xbox series X today I’ve upgraded it from my Xbox 360 that I’ve had since 2009 and I noticed that this controller is a lot smaller than I expected for some reason it looked larger on UA-cam and in photos, my bottom pinky fingers don’t wrap around the bottom portion of the controller very much and they kind of feel like they’re floating is there a controller that you recommend for the Xbox series X that is slightly larger/longer?
The One version controller sits somewhere between the 360 and Series versions. I love the textured triggers and non-glossy d-pad of the newer ones, but I hate the annoying loud tactile clicking on the d-pad & the fact they ARE noticeably smaller. As a tall person with big hands/long fingers, the Series controllers cause hand cramping much, MUCH sooner than the One controllers. You can use your 360 controller wired, a One controller, or a controller adapter along with a DualSense.

Do the sticks have the same rubber on them? I had the experience of rubber falling off the stick, just wondering if they made an upgrade?
Feels the same to me. Hopefully it's attached better than before. The plastic texture is different but I didn't mind the older plastic LOL.
What's the difference between Xbox series x and Xbox series s controllers?? ❤️🌹
They're the same
Dpad
They're not the same the controller it is a lot smaller compared to the xbox one controller. triggers and bumpers don't feel so cheap anymore. Textured grip on the handles. Share button. Usb-c. D pad feels amazing and the rumble technology feels improved
@@Riphire he wasn't talking about the Xbox one controller
I got the sock blue controller for my PC and the Bluetooth disconnect and reconnect about every 45 minutes. It’s usually not too big of a deal but it’s a game breaker and it happens in the wrong moment
u need to update firmware :)
for me nope !! xbox one s controller still the best at the moment for my PC gaming
I really like the white on white versus the white on black previous black controller.
I've had two out of 3 with right trigger button sticking if that tells you anything.
@@FishBeeProductions the new gen controller?
They don't feel identical the series x controller is actually somewhat smaller because xbox says they want to "appeal" to people with smaller hands and apperently that means if you shrink a controller people with big hands don't mind they even said they use an 8 year Olds hands for comparison which is absolutely ridiculous I'm extremely disappointed in the new controller and it wouldn't be so bad if they hadn't shrunken the triggers so much it feels like your fingers have to be touching the bumpers to actually even be able to press them
This controller made me a pro 😂
Bruh today I went to game asked for an Xbox one controller and got sold a black new £55 Xbox series x controller
So now I’m using that and it’s so much better
Just incase someone missed. To use this controller with Bluetooth on a PC without any problems. Update your windows to 20H2 version.
What about if you have a xbox not a pc?
The speaker is extremely monotonic, and I couldn't figure out which controller was which.
My battery packs, similar to his but different brand, fits just fine in my Xbox One S controller and in my brand new Xbox series X controller. The brand I use is called Smatree. It came with 2 battery packs and a charger. I've had it for a couple years now and it still works perfectly.
Same here.
The Xbox series x controller are so authentic its not real the only way to see if it’s not is shaking to see if anything rattles
You can actually fix the sticky triggers
Nice Xbox Video
Triggers are smaller, very smooth and silent and of course responsive.
Right trigger is fine. Maybe return it to Microsoft.
Triggers are smaller so maybe it might be difficult to break them.
I haven't opened it but i hope the triggers are built better.
Good thing is that it has 1 year warranty. I thought it was 3months 🤔
I have zero drift but it's a new controller.
Batteries for controllers are nice if you didnt have to constatly throw away deadly batteries into the waste, and if they were ALL rechargeable, bless playstation for doing it right
Would you say they are worth the upgrade over the original Xbox one controllers? My current one is starting to get gunked up no matter how clean I've been with it
Yes, as long as the buttons dont stick like my white one!
@@FishBeeProductions funnily enough, I had ordered the blue one until i heard your comment on the sticky buttons. For near £60 I don't think its worth it. cheers
I have one and the head phone jack seems to be smaller if that is a issue please let me know before I go shoving and breaking my new controller
Could you give a link to those custom grips you have on the xbox one controllers?
Might be a dumb question but are these different in any way than the stock Xbox series s controller? The one that came with my console feels cheap and idk if buying a new one would be worth it
They're the same
Would you say the grip on the triggers is nicer or more uncomfortable than the standard ones
Yes I'm liking these new controllers better than the one s controllers the more I use them.
@@FishBeeProductions what about the grip on handles, Is that comfy or unpleasant ? And what are your thoughts on the new size, I’ve read people saying it hurts their hands, it’s it really that noticeable?
I’ll either wait for design studio to come back or wait for a cool design to buy one
I got the blue one, i needed a new one badly so i just got it
me too
The left bumper on almost every one of my Xbox one controllers since launch always ends up non responsive. I play forza a lot with clutch and for some reason over time the bumper just ceases to work all together
Well you could try Xbox one controllers to see if they are more comfortable
The One version controller sits somewhere between the 360 and Series versions. I love the textured triggers and non-glossy d-pad of the newer ones, but I hate the annoying loud tactile clicking on the d-pad & the fact they ARE noticeably smaller. As a tall person with big hands/long fingers, the Series controllers cause hand cramping much, MUCH sooner than the One controllers. You can use your 360 controller wired, a One controller, or a controller adapter along with a DualSense.
@@needsmoreclippingthank you so much for the reply and info suggestions.
My parents bought me a Xbox series x and a Nintendo switch for this Christmas
Wow you have really nice parents!
i got a fidget spinner
Are you gonna do a video on the winter fest please do
Hi which controllers do you recommend I should buy for pc gaming
Most people will use PlayStation or Xbox. I'm currently using Xbox series x and s controllers because they fit my hands the best.
@@FishBeeProductions would you recommend I should buy a Xbox series x controller
Fun Fact: in the menu, it is still saying it is an Xbox One Wireless Controller
what mobile device did you pair the controller to? it looks like an ipad but also a samsung
I actually tried both and yeah they look like the same tablet now LOL
I have the white controller with my series S I was looking to buy a another which one do you advice me
yeah the difference with these controllers and the old 360 controllers are less drifting in the thumbstick, that much i know about them
I literally know no one that keeps a stock of batteries xD
Hi
