My Chibson is one of the best of 30 guitars that I own. Firefly guitars are well worth the money. I have the Gray Burst Elite, a 338 and the Honey burst Fflx.
I have a firefly black beauty 3 pup. It is, hands down, one of the best I own... And by far, the cheapest. For the price, the risk of buying one for a few hundred is worth it, before playing it. If they keep putting out decent made, highly affordable pieces, they could be around for the long haul and possibly even go up in price. You can always mod. You're always gonna have one or two cases where someone gets a complete and utter dud and or something arriving broken/missing, when you're dealing with online ordering before touching it. I picked one up as an impulse buy and nothing more. I was pleasantly surprised. You'll see alot of reviews of owners who are either extremely happy or swear death upon firefly lol. Imo, if you're looking for a project player that isn't a complete and utter pos right out the gate, do it. Cheers.
I saw a red elite review and at high gain the pups were very pretty microphonic. you can buy burstbuckers used for 20 bucks most of the time some where swapped out or step up to a better pick up if you really love the guitar and are going to gig it.
I have one of these, I use rocksmith a lot, I have a few guitars set up but, this is the only one that plays without any kind of "issues" with intonation. I can even check the others when the game says I'm missing notes because of this but, as much as I've used this on it, this and my ghosthorse are the only two that don't give me issues. I have mustaine zero I use and it and my RR Jackson seem to not pick up on the top end of the board. I love this guitar, it's my go too.
I have a great FFLP that I put gotoh hardware top to bottom / CTS and switchcraft electronics and some Seymour Duncan APH2 pro slash humbuckers and it’s probably my favorite guitar. I polished and leveled the frets and it’s just a great player. I wonder if a chibson is of similar quality.
I have a Firefly LP elite guitar. I love it. Good value for the money. You would be surprised by how well it is made. Only thing id consider is changing the pickups someday. Thanks Man 👍✌️🎸🎸💯. Eventually im going to buy more 😊

I had it fretted, dressed, pot's cleaned, lemon oiled neck, roadrunner hardshell case. Total cost = $400 including FedEx shipping. I'm ok with getting this great looking, sounding inexpensive guitar & recommend it to anyone looking for a guitar under $500. I would put this against a Gibson standard for playability & sound. You can hear it in one of my vids on my channel 🎸
Why do they (Firefly) seem to have stock issues? If they are so popular, why not have more access to your guitars? As of this moment, they have 0 guitars on amazon and the mahogany top LP you have they don't have on they site. Is it they can't keep up with demand?
Amazon isn't a place they typically sell their guitars on. They have occasionally but it's less than 5% of stock (typically overstock). The site to go where they have most inventory to is www.Guitarsgarden.com They tend to refill stock frequently in the guitarsgarden website but some models sell out in a few day and take weeks or months to come back. My understanding is that their profit margins are not high enough to justify making hundreds at a time, gambling on whether or not they'll sell in the time wndow they need to as there are some models that don't move as quickly as the rest (or sometimes trends for a specific model change)

Hey pops if you don't mind me asking what in your opinion is the best 200 or so guitar. I own 2 fireflies and there great instruments. I know Indio, eart, wolf, slick, iyv, hard luck kings, great choice products, are all decent guitars.

Agree...the actual "blue bat" from firefly has fretboard inlays in the shape of a bat. The one he is playing is not a blue bat.
NOT the best $200 guitar by a long shot, but decent.
I'd say the Pegasus/Fflx, Eart Sss, Indio Deluxe and if I lived in Germany and didn't have to pay $70 shipping then maybe some of the HB stuff. Maybe.
